English Courses Malta

We are introducing these courses which are in 6 levels:

1. Beginner (A1)
2. Elementary ( A1- A2)
3. Pre intermediate ( A2- B1)
4. Intermediate (B1)
5. Upper intermediate (B2)
6. Advanced ( C1)

· Any student that resides ABROAD needs to apply 3-4 months in advance.

· Prices stated below are per person per week


· All courses start every Monday with sessions and durations of 45 minutes.

· All courses include use of audio and other teaching aids.


· Certificates of attendance are issued at the end of the course.

· It is to be noted that a test will be done on the first day on the arrival of the student to know the level of the English.

· No refund to any cancellation of the course or rejection of visa because once the course is paid, it is booked and blocked as an attendance at the school.

4. Individual English

Ø 1 to 1 tuition or 2 to 1 Tuition
Ø Students can choose the number of sessions.
Ø Per session price: 45 Euros per week

5. Combination English

General English course + 5 Individual sessions

6. General English course

7. Business English group

Average 8 students
Standard: 20 sessions per week. Price 427 Euros per week

8. Long stay

Notes: Students practise and develop their English more thoroughly over an extensive period of time focusing on fluency, grammar, vocabulary, conversation and pronunciations.
Also participation in groups or pairs.

· Students can follow English course, or an intensive English course.
· They are offered in a period of 8, 12, 24 or 36 weeks.
· The longer the course, the better the prospects of becoming fluent in English language.

Exams:

Students can sit for internationally recognised examination by taking an exam preparation course which covers the major examination, the Cambridge examination courses, plus IELTS, TOEFL, TOLES, and WEFT.

These are available all year round.

ü Courses can be booked for any number of weeks depending on the examination and the needs and level of the applicant.
ü Spread over 20, 25 or 30 sessions a week.
ü Each session is 45 minute long.

BEC- Business English Certificate Cambridge

BEC is offered in 2 levels:

1. Vantage
2. Higher.

BEC Examination is ideal for students preparing a career in business.
The course covers all aspects of business English with a focus on exam preparation for BEC Cambridge exams which includes writing reports, speaking on the phone, presenting in English and in formal vocabulary.

FEC: First Certificate in English

Exam preparation course. (Level 3 in Cambridge 5 level system)

This course is widely spread for commercial and industrial work such as secretarial work in banking, airlines, catering and by some universities faculties, colleges and other educational institutes, Hospitality.
It is also recognised widely.

I. 20 sessions at 45 minutes
II. Per session’s combination of 5: Price 399 Euros per week
III. Combination of 10: Price 539 euro per week.
IV. Recommended Duration: 12 weeks





CAE- Certificate in Advanced English.

CAE is a level 4 in the Cambridge level 5 systems.
It is recognised for the majority of universities and higher education institutes as fulfilling entrance requirements in English language.

III. Combination of 10: Price 539 euro per week.
IV. Recommended Duration: 12 weeks


CPE: Certificate of proficiency in English.

It is a level 5 in the Cambridge 5 level systems.
It is one of the fulfilling entrance requirements in English language to British universities in many universities in other English speaking countries and by other institutions of higher education and professional bodies worldwide.

In a number of countries, CPE provides exemptions for local English language requirements.

IELTS – International English testing language system.

IELTS is administered jointly by the British council, IDP, Education Australia and University of Cambridge local examinations syndicate.
It is designed to assess the language ability of candidates who need to study or work where English is used as the main language of communication. It covers all four language skills, at 9 levels for non- user to expert users.

IELTS- are widely accepted by educational institutions and can be used as an entry level to training courses and are recognised by other services in business such as immigration, recruitment and outsourcing.

TOEFL: Test of English as a foreign language:

It is an American Examination required in colleges and universities of the United States and Canada.
In Europe TOEFL is used by institutions where English language is the language of instruction.
