🥋 SUCCESS FOR MON LUNG KUNG FU STUDENTS

The Malta Self-Defence Academy is celebrating further success as a number of its students achieved new sash grades following the latest Mon Lung Kung Fu examinations.

Students of different ages and levels demonstrated their technique, discipline and knowledge of Kung Fu and Self-Defence, marking another important step in their individual martial arts journey.

The examinations were held under the supervision of Sifu Mark Spiteri, founder of the Malta Self-Defence Academy.

This week’s lesson focused on dealing with multiple attackers situations. Our students work on developing awareness, movement & positioning and quick decision-making.

Kung Fu is not simply about learning techniques. It is about understanding how to adapt what we train to different situations, regardless of age or experience.

From our younger students to our adults, everyone trains together, learns together and progresses at their own level.
Different ages. Different abilities. One Kung Fu family. 🐉👊☯️
