K1.7 & K1.8 - Little feet, big discoveries! 👣🍂

Today, we took off our shoes and socks and explored sensory boxes filled with leaves, rice, sand and soapy water! 🌾🏖️

🫧 Each step gave the children a chance to feel different textures, explore with curiosity and talk about what they could feel.

A fun sensory adventure, one little step at a time! 💛

Benji the Bear’s adventures with Year 2.2 were not only filled with fun but also inspired our young writers! Through Benji’s journal, the children shared their experiences, practised their writing skills, and created wonderful memories. To celebrate his year-long journey around all the children’s homes, Benji invited Year 2.2 to a special picnic at school! 🧸📖✏️

For the children's last day of school, we created an 'All about me' sheet where they answered questions about themselves and shared what they would like to be when they grow up, creating a special keepsake of their first year at school.
