Malta Live Writing Competition – Celebrating Our Students’ Success
Malta Live has held its Writing Competition for the fifth consecutive year, inviting all Middle School students across Malta and Gozo to showcase their creativity. This year, participants were asked to respond to the theme “A Message from the Future,” by submitting a story, essay, poem or play that explored imaginative and thought-provoking ideas.
We are delighted to share that our students achieved outstanding results in this year’s edition of the competition. Their success reflects both their creativity and their commitment to developing strong writing skills.
Our winners are:
• Viktor Benjamin Bugeja (7.1) – First Place in Playwriting
• Katrina Pace Sammut (8.1) – Second Place in Playwriting
• Deniz Demir (8.1) – Second Place in Poetry
• Vassallo Hannah (8.1) – Honourable Mention in Prose
This is a wonderful accomplishment for our students and a true reflection of their talent and dedication. As a school, we celebrate their success with great pride and encourage all students to take inspiration from their achievements. Competitions like these provide a valuable opportunity to nurture creativity, strengthen expression, and foster a lifelong love for reading and writing.
