🏗️ Learning Works at the Malta Chamber & BCA Skill Card Event

Today, Learning Works attended an informative event organised by the The Malta Chamber and the Building and Construction Authority on Engaging Workers Covered by the Skill Card System.

The session focused on the practical implementation of the Skill Card system, including compliance requirements, worker verification, and employer responsibilities within the construction sector.

As from January 2027, workers will require the necessary Skill Card to work on construction sites, making preparation and certification more important than ever.

Learning Works remains committed to supporting both companies and individuals through the VNFIL process to help workers obtain the required certification and recognition of their skills and experience.

As from January 2027, all construction workers and companies in Malta will be required to ensure that employees hold the necessary Skill Card in order to work in the construction industry and access construction sites.
