As an instructor, you'll deliver theoretical and practical training, prepare and update course materials, assess learner performance, and ensure training complies with EASA Part-147 requirements, all on a flexible, part-time basis.

Meet our team! Kursad Cil is our Compliance Monitoring & Safety Manager at 3PLEX GROUP. Since joining the company in April 2022, Kursad has been responsible for overseeing compliance across the Aircraft Maintenance Academy, MRT Aero, and the Group’s Part-CAMO activities. His role focuses on ensuring the organization meets the requirements of international aviation authorities while managing the Safety Management System (SMS) to maintain the highest standards of quality, compliance, and safety.

Kursad enjoys working in the dynamic world of aviation, where regulations continually evolve, and every detail matters. With in-depth expertise in EASA Part-145 and Part-147 requirements, he brings a thorough and methodical approach to compliance, helping the team navigate complex regulatory frameworks with confidence. Motivated by earning his colleagues' respect through his work, Kursad is known as a reliable problem solver. Outside of work, he enjoys relaxing with a good movie. 🎬
