This morning we added some of last weekend's nice memories to our Awesome Jar❣❣❣❣🥰

We have started this in March/April during the Covid-19 scenario.

'The Awesome Jar' is a jar filled with tiny notes that remind us of positive experiences that happen in our daily life. It can be a joke, an appraisal, a victory, a nice walk......anything that made you feel positive.
Then, this 'Awesome Jar' can be referred to whenever you find yourself feeling down or confused, in other words whenever you need an extra boost or motivation. Realistically, every human being experience these kind of emotions, thus 'The Awesome Jar' can work perfectly for all ages (and children can practice their writing while jotting down their little note 💁‍♂️💁‍♀️😊).

Recalling positive memories is an important aspect of well-being!!
