Today I closed another beautiful chapter of Yoga Toddlers at Quaddies Childcare with my heart so full 🧡 A morning filled with hugs, laughter, movement, and so much magic shared with the little ones.

Thank you to all the beautiful children who welcomed me every week with their smiles, energy, and the sweetest hugs. Coming to share yoga with you has been such a special part of my weeks… your hugs truly mean everything to me ✨

Now it’s time for a little break… and I’ll be back in October with more yoga, play, and happy moments together

Today I loved watching the children bring their imagination to life ✨ In our kids yoga lesson, they created their own superhero masks and then stepped into their poses, each one discovering their unique superpowers from the heart 💛

A beautiful reminder that children already carry so much light, strength, and creativity within them 💫
