Winter schedule starting September 🏋️🏃💪🏻

Hi, we’re the head coaches at Elevate 👋

The journey started four years ago with Ian Tonna and has grown into something much bigger especially over the past year with Miriana Garzia joining the journey.

Together with our team, including Edera Marmara and Matthew Psaila, we’ve built more than just a place to train, we’ve created a strong, supportive community, an ever-growing family.

We’re all highly qualified coaches with years of experience at top-level sport, but what really matters to us is helping people improve, feel better, and enjoy the process.

With a variety of classes for all levels, there’s something here for everyone.

If you’re looking to train, progress, and be part of a great environment — Elevate is for you.
