💜 Happy Women's Day to all the incredible women! 💜

International Women’s Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women.
The 2021 theme is - a challenged world is an alert world and from challenge comes change.

Although some Industries, including the Hospitality and Tourism Industry, are mostly male-dominated, here are some factors that show that women can be more effective leaders 💪
🙎Women manifest leadership styles that relate positively to effectiveness[1] and
🙍Female leaders tend to be rated by others as more effective than male leaders[2].
