The TEF6686 did quite well whilst connected with the 7 Element Yagi Antenna. RDS levels were reached by displaying ‘* RP1 *’ whilst its PI Code ‘5BF4’. Jingle ident heard by 1:49 by featuring ‘Summertime’. By 02:12, Gianni Acosta was mentioned being the DJ for the next hour of 1 AM playing 90s Dance Hits. Sadly, this station is no longer active as this served as the main station for the Pozzallo area but statistics shown that larger stations continued to take audience share. It used to be broadcasting from Sicily’s Pozzallo FM Transmitter that houses an unknown transmission power that was approximately 100 kilometres away towards Pozzallo. 73 😊

Heavy and duct tropo that it reached not just the Balearics but also inland in Algeria. It reached RDS levels by displaying ‘PANORAMA’ with its PI Code ‘7243’. It was impressively strong which the TEF6686 did quite well in its performance. It is broadcasted from Tunisia’s Ben Arous Transmitter that houses around 5 kW power which is approximately 370 kilometres away towards Djebel Bou-Kornine. 73 😊

The reception is a bit fluctuating, although it is audible better with headphones. The XHDATA D-808 was placed indoors which the performance was acceptable and also using its own telescopic antenna. According to Short Wave Info, transmissions are still taking place daily from 01:00 AM to 05:00 AM (UTC+2). It is broadcasting from China’s Lhasa-Baiding Transmitter which houses around 100 kW in transmission power that is approximately 7,010 kilometres away towards Tibet. 73 😊

Temperatures soared around 28 Degrees Celsius. The place of catch is around Triq L-Imdina in H’Attard which it is a perfect open spot for catches. It began shadowing Sicilian stations to a surprise. It does not carry any RDS data. It is broadcasting from Egypt’s Al Qahira FM Transmitter that houses around 20 kW in transmission power that is approximately 1,690 kilometres away towards Cairo. 73 😊

The reception is very weak at times which the TEF6686 did quite well with the 7 Element Yagi Antenna to receive such signal. It did not reach RDS levels. It is broadcasting from Algeria’s Aoulef FM Transmitter that houses around 10 kW in transmission power which is approximately 1,610 kilometres away towards Adrar. 73 😊

The TEF6686 is doing quite well as its not just connected to the 7 Element Yagi Antenna but the location where I am located is very rare to have tropo because of the direction of the catches itself. It is quite audible with few static. It does not carry any RDS Data. Currently it is listed as inactive which has been like this for the past months. It used to be broadcasting from Libya’s Benghazi Al Mhayshi FM Transmitter which houses an unknown transmission power that is approximately 665 kilometres away towards Benghazi. 73 😊

The XHDATA D-808 did quite well despite the transmission being bouncy but audible whilst placed inside. As per Short Wave Info, transmissions are still ongoing as they broadcast from 16:30 PM to 19:30 PM (UTC+2). It is broadcasting from Iran’s Sirjan Transmitter that houses around 500 kW in transmission power which is approximately 3,900 kilometres away towards Kerman. 73 😊
