Why should you attend?
“Karate training promotes children’s overall physical development by improving mobility, coordination, agility, and fundamental movement skills, while also encouraging active lifestyles that help combat obesity in an increasingly technology-driven world. Beyond physical benefits, it enhances mental concentration, which can positively impact academic performance, and fosters essential values such as self-discipline, respect, loyalty, and law-abiding behavior. Participation in karate also builds self-confidence and leadership skills, equips children with the ability to protect themselves without promoting aggression, and creates a sense of belonging within a group, ultimately supporting both personal growth and social development. The Let’s come together to help Kate.
See you all there!” 🥰

WHAT A WONDERFUL SURPRISE THIS EVENING DURING THE BLACK BELT CLASS.........I got a visit from three of my best past students..... Brooke Agius, Barbara Borg, Luke Borg who gave me a fantastic surprise visit...... and not only that, but they even joined the class. And despite not being in a Karate class for the last 8 years, their level has NOT deteriorated......... They have still maintained their good form..... SUPER HAPPY TO SEE THEM ALL AGAIN.
