We are proud to celebrate the achievements of Maltese students in the European School Competition, held to mark the 60th anniversary of European Shipowners (ECSA).

Supported by the Malta International Shipowners' Association - MISA, the initiative encouraged young people to explore maritime themes through art. Malta’s contribution was exceptional:

💠11 local schools participated, submitting 50 artworks.
💠Malta contributed 12% of total European entries.
💠Xiaorui Chen (St Edward’s College) was named a winner at the final ceremony in Cyprus.

The event also highlighted the "Adopt a Ship" programme, a model that links students with the maritime industry to build early career awareness. This success reflects the creativity of our students and a growing interest in the maritime sector.

Congratulations to all participants on this outstanding result.
