In partnership with DCCA Division of Youth Services (DYS) and the CNMI PSS Special Education Program, Project Higai recently presented the newly launched Individualized Education Program (IEP) module training, accessible to parents, educators, and the community on our CNMI PSS Website.

On Friday, September 18, 2026, parents, educators, agency partners, and DYS staff took part in an interactive session exploring the seven key components of the CNMI IEP and how they support each student’s needs, goals, services, and progress.

Exhibitors from our Disability Network Partners were also present at the event, including NMPASI, Medicaid, CHCC Family to Family, SPED Program, DCCA DYS, and Center for Independent Living (CLI).
