🌊 Dandan Middle School Makes a Difference! 🌊

On Saturday, September 19, members of the Dandan Middle School National Junior Honor Society (NJHS), together with the Student Council Advisory Panel (SCAP) and AmeriCorps members, rolled up their sleeves and participated in the International Coastal Cleanup, a project through the Bureau of Environmental and Coastal Quality (BECQ). 🧤💙

Working together, our students and community partners collected an impressive 13 bags of trash, including plastic, cans, and miscellaneous debris, from the school campus, bus stop, and baseball field. Their efforts helped create a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming environment for our school and community. 🌴🌺

A special thank you to our dedicated advisors, Mrs. Angela Camacho and Mrs. Cathy Borja-Flores, for guiding and supporting our students throughout this meaningful community service activity.

We are proud of our NJHS and SCAP members for demonstrating leadership, teamwork, service, and environmental stewardship. Thank you for helping keep our school and community clean! 💙🌎

🗳️ SCAP Speeches & Election Day! 🗳️

Dandan Middle School students had the opportunity to hear from their SCAP (Student Council Advisory Panel) candidates as they delivered their campaign speeches from the library via Google Meet, reaching classrooms across campus.

After hearing from the candidates, students cast their votes through a Google Form to select the representatives they felt would best serve our Tottot community. 🐦💙

Great job to all our candidates for stepping up, speaking out, and showing leadership! Good luck to everyone! 🌟

Join us for DMS Trunk or Treat on Saturday, October 31, from 5:00 PM at the roundabout on the DMS campus! 🚗🍬 Come dressed in your favorite costume, enjoy FREE treats, and have a night filled with costumes, candy, and fun! 🕷️🍭

DMS was buzzing with excitement at our 2026 Club Fair, which happened on August 26! Students had the chance to explore the many clubs and activities available on campus, meet club advisors and members, and find opportunities to connect with others who share their interests.

From leadership and service to academics, hobbies, and everything in between—there’s a place for every Tottot to get involved! 💚

*Please submit completed forms and payment to our librarian, Ms. Cathy, on or before your child's scheduled photo day.

Note: All students will have their photo taken for school IDs, regardless of package purchase.
