Centre for Language and Literacy Education (CLLE) Announces a Series of Events to Enhance the Quality of Reading and Writing Instruction and Research
Since its establishment, the Centre for Language and Literacy Education (CLLE), Faculty of Education, University of Macau, has been committed to advancing research, professional exchange, and innovative practice in language and literacy education. The Centre has continued to provide a platform that brings together scholars, teachers, students, researchers, and education professionals for academic dialogue and collaboration.
This semester, CLLE will organize a series of events addressing timely and emerging issues in language and literacy education, including generative AI, language assessment, academic publishing, writing research, translanguaging, and educational innovation. The programme will feature roundtable forums, workshops, an international conference, seminars, and a children’s literature creation exhibition. Bringing together internationally recognized scholars, journal editors, publishers, and researchers from different countries and regions, these events aim to facilitate the exchange of cutting-edge research and professional perspectives and to strengthen connections among research, teaching, and practice.
