The University of Internal Affairs of Mongolia is an biggest center with a vast history, tradition, science and training that has been conducting training and research activities for the 86th year since, its establishment in 1934 under the name of “Central School”. Today, the UIA consists of 11 schools including Executive management academy, Post-graduate college, Police college, Border protection service college, Court order enforcement college, Emergency management college, Law and Social Sciences college, Forensic Science Institute, Foreign languages Institute, Non-Commissioned officer’s college and High school. With the support of other departments and units we are conducting research activities in more than 30 leading areas of teaching and research in more than 50 areas including-vocational education, bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees. The Academic Council of the University of Internal Affairs is responsible for the strategic management of the University and the Board of Directors is responsible for the administrative management. In addition to this post graduate education board of the law enforcement, cadet and student association, alumni association and veteran associations have been operating within the university.

Монгол Улсын Дотоод хэргийн их сургууль 1934 онд “Төв сургууль” нэртэйгээр үүсэн байгуулагдсанаас хойш 86 дахь жилдээ сургалт, эрдэм шинжилгээний үйл ажиллагаа явуулж, улсыг аюулаас хамгаалах, хууль сахиулах байгууллагуудын хүний нөөцийг бэлтгэж ирсэн баялаг түүх, уламжлалтай, шинжлэх ухаан, сургалтын томоохон төв билээ.
ДХИС нь өнөөдөр Цагдаагийн сургууль, Хилийн сургууль, Шүүхийн шийдвэр гүйцэтгэлийн сургууль, Онцгой байдлын сургууль, Ахлагчийн сургууль, Эрх зүй, нийгмийн ухааны сургууль, Ахисан шатны боловсролын сургууль, Удирдлагын академи, Шинжлэн магадлахуйн институт, Гадаад хэлний институт, Ахлах сургууль гэсэн бүрэлдэхүүн 11 сургууль, Эрдэм шинжилгээний хүрээлэн, бусад алба, нэгжийн дэмжлэгтэйгээр мэргэжлийн боловсрол, бакалавр, магистр, докторын шаталсан хэлбэрээр, нийт 50 гаруй чиглэлээр сургалтын, судалгааны тэргүүлэх 30 гаруй чиглэлээр эрдэм шинжилгээний үйл ажиллагаа явуулж байна.
ДХИС-ийн Эрдмийн зөвлөл нь тус Их сургуулийн стратегийн удирдлагын, Захирлын зөвлөл нь захиргааны удирдлагын үүргийг хэрэгжүүлдэг бөгөөд Их сургуулийн дэргэд “Хууль сахиулахуйн ухаан”-аар докторын зэрэг хамгаалуулах зөвлөл, Сонсогч, суралцагсдын холбоо, Төгсөгчдийн холбоо, Ахмадын зөвлөл мөн ажилладаг.

ЯВУУЛЫН ОФФИС БЗД-ИЙН УЛИАСТАЙН ЭЦЭСТ АЖИЛЛАЛАА

✅️ Хууль зүй, дотоод хэргийн сайдын санаачлан хэрэгжүүлж буй “Эрх зүйт төр – Иргэний итгэлцлийн реформ”-ын хүрээнд ХЗДХЯ, түүний харьяа агентлагууд “Хуулиа дээдэлж – Хариуцлагаа ухамсарлая” бүх нийтийн эрх зүйн боловсрол олгох, өргөдөл, гомдлын шийдвэрлэлтийн нэгдсэн аяныг эхлүүлэн ажиллаж байна.
✅️ Тус аяны хүрээнд зохион байгуулж буй “Иргэн төвт төрийн үйлчилгээ”-ний явуулын оффис өнөөдөр Баянзүрх дүүргийн Улиастайн эцэст ажиллаж, Хууль зүй, дотоод хэргийн яамны харьяа 11 агентлаг, байгууллагын 600 орчим төрлийн үйлчилгээ, лавлагааг иргэдэд нэг дороос шуурхай хүргэлээ.
✅️ Дотоод хэргийн их сургууль энэхүү үйл ажиллагаанд сургалтын хөтөлбөрүүдээ танилцуулан, Дээд боловсролтой иргэдэд зориулсан бакалаврын 2 жилийн хөтөлбөр болон "Ахлагч" мэргэжлийн боловсрол олгох сургалтын талаар иргэдэд мэдээлэл өглөө.
✅️ “Иргэн төвт төрийн үйлчилгээ”-ний явуулын оффис нь төрийн үйлчилгээг иргэдэд ойртуулж, нэг цэгээс түргэн шуурхай авах боломжийг бүрдүүлж буйгаараа онцлогтой.

NEWLY ADMITTED STUDENTS TAKE THE MONGOLIAN MILITARY OATH AND RECEIVE THEIR CADET INSIGNIA

✅ The Military Oath-Taking Ceremony for newly admitted students of the University of Internal Affairs of Mongolia for the 2026–2027 academic year was held in a solemn atmosphere today (August 22, 2026) at the Training and Practice Center in Gunjiin Khooloi.

✅ Members of the Administrative Council of the University of Internal Affairs, faculty and staff members, and representatives of the students’ families attended the oath-taking ceremony.

✅ Vice President and Director of the Research and Innovation Department of the University of Internal Affairs, Doctor (Ph.D), Police Colonel Ts. Azbayar addressed to the newly admitted students:
“I extend my warmest congratulations to our distinguished cadets who have been admitted to the University of Internal Affairs for the 2026–2027 academic year after successfully passing the entrance examination, health, physical fitness, and psychological assessments among more than 9,500 applicants, and successfully completing the “Basic Military Training” program before taking the Military Oath of Mongolia.
May you feel warmly welcomed to the academic center of learning of the University of Internal Affairs of Mongolia. I extend my sincere best wishes for your success as you diligently pursue your studies and research in the diverse fields of law, security studies, and emergency management. May you grow into outstanding public servants who uphold and respect human rights, strictly adhere to the principles of law and justice, and demonstrate leadership through their professional knowledge, competencies, and skills”.

✅ Approximately 570 students successfully completed the demanding “Basic Military Training program”. They solemnly pledged to serve their country and people with dedication and without hesitation, and received their certificates. Following the ceremony, the newly admitted students donned their cadet insignia, officially becoming cadets of the University of Internal Affairs.

✅ During the Military Oath-Taking Ceremony, the cadets demonstrated what they had learned during their training to visiting guests and parents through cultural performances, military drills, and martial arts demonstrations, followed by a ceremonial parade.

✅ Congratulations to all the new cadets who have taken the Military Oath of Mongolia and joined the cadet corps of the University of Internal Affairs, an institution with a rich history and proud tradition of service. We wish you outstanding academic achievements and success in your future service to the country and its people.

UNIVERSITY FACULTY AND STAFF PARTICIPATED IN A SHORT-TERM CAPACITY-BUILDING TRAINING PROGRAM

✅ Five officials from the University of Internal Affairs of Mongolia and three officials from the Narcotics Control Department of the National Police Agency successfully participated in the “Basic Training on the Use of Rapid Drug Testing Devices”, held in Bangkok, Kingdom of Thailand, on August 18–19, 2026, with funding support from the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC).

✅ The two-day training was conducted at the Office of the Narcotics Control Board (ONCB) of Thailand and focused on providing participants with basic knowledge and practical skills in the use of rapid drug detection testing devices and equipment.
The training is of significant importance in strengthening the capacity of specialized human resources in the field of drug control and introducing modern equipment and technologies into training and educational activities.

✅ The University of Internal Affairs of Mongolia continues to expand its cooperation with relevant international professional institutions in the field of introducing and utilizing rapid drug testing devices and equipment in its educational and training activities.

Их сургуулийн багш, алба хаагчид богино хугацааны чадавхжуулах сургалтад хамрагдлаа

✅ НҮБ-ын Мансууруулах бодис, гэмт хэрэгтэй тэмцэх алба (UNODC)-ны санхүүжилтээр Тайландын Хаант Улсын Бангкок хотноо зохион байгуулсан “Хар тамхи, мансууруулах бодисын түргэвчилсэн тестер ашиглах анхан шатны сургалт”-д Дотоод хэргийн их сургуулийн 5 алба хаагч, Цагдаагийн ерөнхий газрын Хар тамхитай тэмцэх газрын 3 алба хаагч 2026 оны наймдугаар сарын 18-19-ний өдрүүдэд амжилттай хамрагдлаа.

✅ Тус сургалт Тайландын Мансууруулах бодисын хяналтын байгууллага болох Office of the Narcotics Control Board (ONCB)-д хоёр өдрийн хугацаанд зохион байгуулагдаж, оролцогчдод мансууруулах бодисыг түргэвчилсэн аргаар илрүүлэх тестер, багаж хэрэгслийг ашиглах анхан шатны мэдлэг, дадлага эзэмшүүлэхэд чиглэсэн байна.

✅Энэхүү сургалт нь мансууруулах бодистой тэмцэх чиглэлээр мэргэшсэн хүний нөөцийн чадавхыг нэмэгдүүлэх, орчин үеийн техник, технологийг сургалтын үйл ажиллагаанд нэвтрүүлэхэд чухал ач холбогдолтой.

✅Дотоод хэргийн их сургууль нь сургалтын үйл ажиллагаанд мансууруулах бодисын түргэвчилсэн тестер, багаж хэрэгслийг нэвтрүүлэх, ашиглах чиглэлээр гадаадын ижил төрлийн мэргэжлийн байгууллагуудтай хамтын ажиллагаагаа өргөжүүлэн ажиллаж байна.
