DSUB English Language teachers attended the Annual Oxford University Press-Mongolia Continuing Professional Development Program for English Language Teachers last January 18-20, 2023 at Orchlon Complex, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia organised and sponsored by Upton International Institute of Education and the Oxford University Press-Mongolia with an aim towards developing English Language teachers’ knowledge and skills in making their classes more engaging, active, and fulfilling. The following English language teachers are Jeraldine, Clent, Velbeth, and Temuun.

The three-day training seminar centred on 21st Century Skills (Critical Thinking, Creativity, Communication, and Collaboration) and Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL). The resource speaker was Sir Nick Manthei, Senior Consultant of the Oxford Publishing House and Professional Development Trainer. After the three-day seminar, each of them received their Oxford University Press Certificate of Completion recognizing their active and full participation in the said seminar.

The English Language teachers of Deutsche Schule attended the school's Year-End/Christmas Celebration last December 21, 2022, at Best Western Premier Tuushin Hotel in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

🥳The entire Deutsche Schule congratulates its student-debaters for their Semi-Final stint during the Annual National English Debating Championship organised by the Educated Enterprise last December 17-18, 2022, at the Mongolian Royal Academy International University. Only 4 teams out of the registered 32 teams were able to reach the Semi-Finals. 16 different schools within Mongolia participated in the competition. Our school sent two teams (Eagles and Sparrows) with their coaches: Mr Clent and Ms Velbeth. We thank the school administration and the parents for the all-out support they rendered to the debaters.
