✅ Short Step-by-Step for the Candidate:

1️⃣ Find a Job Offer – Get a Polish employer who will sponsor your work permit and residence.

2️⃣ Work Permit & Visa – Employer applies for your work permit under Polish law. Then you apply for the Temporary Residence + Work Permit.

3️⃣ Arrive & Register – Enter Poland, live and work legally under your residence permit. Renew it as required.

4️⃣ Stay 5 Years Legally – Maintain your job, income, and insurance. Don’t stay outside Poland more than 6 months at a time or 10 months total in 5 years.

5️⃣ Apply for PR – After 5 years, apply for your Long-Term EU Resident Permit (Permanent Residence) at the voivodeship office with your documents (proof of stay, income, home, language).

🇺🇸 F-1 Student Visa Update – EOS Applications 🇺🇸

📌 F-1 students must file their Extension of Stay (EOS) application before their I-94 expires. USCIS must receive it on or before the deadline.

✅ The 30-day grace period after finishing studies or practical training is included in the filing window.

⚠️ If you apply during the grace period, you can continue studying, but you cannot work or train until USCIS approves the extension.

⏳ How long can you extend?
• Up to the time needed to finish your studies or practical training.
• Maximum = 4 years at a time.
• Final decision depends on USCIS/CBP discretion.

👨‍👩‍👧 F-2 Dependents
Spouses and children under 21 must also file their own EOS or be included in the main F-1’s request.
