We are in disrupting times and the last five years in Myanmar alone is a proof on how quick change can come and its impact. Finding solutions to opportunities is a way to use this disruption to your advantage. A process for this is Design Thinking - a methodology that provides a solution-based approach to solving problems.
As the first bank in Myanmar, we spent a full day with the AYA Bank management team to go through the design thinking processes and how to apply this to the customer journey and innovative marketing campaigns.
