Welcome to ESL Program

It is my pleasure to welcome you to Bright Hope School ESL Program. It is our intention to provide you with the best possible learning experience during the course of your studies.

The ESL Program develops students’ English proficiency for effective communication in English.

The ESL Program offers its students four proficiency levels of English language studies in the areas of listening and speaking, reading, writing, and plus grammar.

• Elementary
• Pre-Intermediate
• Intermediate
• Upper-Intermediate
• Advanced

And Grammar I, II, III, IV, V

Placement into the appropriate level will be based on a placement exam, an oral interview, and a weeklong study with the instructors.

ESL instruction is delivered by degree holding, committed and experienced instructors in classroom settings, and Online Learning through cultural excursions. Providing students with opportunities for individual assistance.

The mission of the English as a Second Language program at Bright Hope School is to give students an opportunity to develop and improve their English proficiency. The multi-level offerings will attempt to enhance student abilities in relaxed, formal, cultural, and academic venues.

Program OBJECTIVES

• Exhibit a broad base of knowledge of listening, speaking, reading, writing, and grammar skills in English.

• Demonstrate the ability to communicate with other students and faculty on increasingly sophisticated levels.
