■ ACMV အင်ဂျင်နီယာ နဲ့ Fan Basic အပိုင်း (၁)

1903 မှာ wright ညီအကို နှစ်​ယောက် တည်​ဆောက် ခဲ့တဲ့ Flyer က ​လေ​ပေါ် မှာ 12 sec ​လောက် ပျံသန်းခဲ့တယ် ။ ​​​နောက်ပိုင်း ​တော့ လေယဥ်ပျံ ဆိုတာ ဖြစ်လာခဲ့တာ လူတိုင်း သိကြပါတယ် ။

ဒါပေမယ့် ​လေယဥ်ပျံ ဆိုတာ မဖြစ်မှီ အ​ရေကြီးတဲ့ အစိတ်အပိုင်း တခု ကို ​မေ့ထားလို့ မရပါဘူး ။

အဲ့ဒါက​တော့ ပန်ကာရွက် propeller ပါပဲ ။

propeller ကို​တော့ ရိုက်ညီ​နောင် မတိုင်ခင် 1882 ​က အ​မေရိကန် အင်ဂျင်နီယာ schuler wheeler motor နဲ့ တွဲပြီး ပထမဆုံး electric fans ကို တီထွင်ခဲ့ပါတယ် ။

လည်ပတ်​နေတဲ့ propeller ရဲ့ angle နဲ့ Air Foil က မတူညီတဲ့ ဖိအားကိုဖြစ်​စေပြီး​တော့ ​လေ ကို တွန်းပို့ တာပါပဲ ။

ရိုက်ညီ​နောင် ကလည်း ဒီ propeller ကို အင်ဂျင်နဲ့ တွဲပြီး​တော့လေထဲပျံတက်​အောင်ကြိုးစားခဲ့တာပါပဲ ။

ACMV မှာလဲ ဒီ propeller ရဲ့ သ​ဘောတရားကိုအ​ခြေခံ ပြီး​တော့ Fans ​တွေရဲ့ application အမျိုးမျိုး ကို ​ဆောင်ရွက်လာနိင်တယ် ။ Propeller ရဲ့ တွန်းအား နဲ့ လိုအပ်တဲ့ ​​လေပမာဏ ကို လိုအပ်တဲ့ ​နေရာတိုင်း ပို့နိင်လာ​အောင် လုပ်​ဆောင် နိုင်လာတယ် ။

Mechanical Ventilation ဆိုတဲ့ အတိုင်း အမျိုးမျိုး ​သော Fans ​တွေ ကို ​တွေ့ ရမှာ ပါ ။

Axial fans
Centrifugal fans
Plug Fans
Mix Flow Fans
Inline fans စသဖြင့် ​ပေါ့ ။

Fans ​တွေက ​လေ ကို ဘယ်လို​ရွေ့လျား ​​စေလည်း ဆိုရင် Pressure ​ကြောင့်ပါပဲ ။

Pressure gradiant ဆိုတာက​တော့ Fans ရဲ့ suction နဲ့ discharge ရဲ့ difference ​ပါပဲ ။

ဗီဒီယိုမှာ Fans ရဲ့ Pressure Gradients ကို ပင်​ပေါင် ​ဘောလုံး ​​လေး နဲ့ စမ်းသပ်ပြထားတယ် ။ ပထမဆုံး Fans ကို ​မောင်း လိုက်ပြီး Duct ကို အပြည့်ဖွင့်ထားမယ်ဆိုရင် ​ဘောလုံး ​တွေ ဟာလဲ ဒီအတိုင်း ရှိ​နေမှာပါ ။

Fan ​ကြောင့် Duct အတွင်း မှာ ရှိတဲ့ pressure differences က ​Air Flow ကိုဖြစ်​စေပြီး လေကိုထုတ် ​နေ မှာ ဖြစ်လို့ပါပဲ ။

ဒါ ​ပေမယ့် လေရဲ့ အထွက် duct ကို ပိတ်လိုက်မယ် ဆိုရင် ညာဖက်က ပင်​ပေါင် ​ဘောလုံး ​လေးက မြင့်လာ တာ ​တွေ့ရ မှာပါ ။

Fans ရဲ့ တွန်းအား ကြောင့် duct အတွင်း က positive pressure က ​atmosphere pressure 14.7 psi ထက်ပို များ သွားလို့ ဖြစ်ပါတယ် ။

အဲ့ လိုပဲ ​လေ အဝင် က duct တံခါး ကို ပိတ်လိုက်မယ် ဆိုရင်ဘယ်ဘက် က ​ဘောလုံး ​လေး က မြင့်လာမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ် ။ Fan ရဲ့ ဆွဲအား​ကြောင့် duct အတွင်း မှာ negative pressure ဖြစ်လာလို့ ပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ် ။

Fans နဲ့ ​Ducting ​တွေ မှာ လေ ကို တ​နေရာ က​နေ တ​နေရာ ပို့ တဲ့ အခါမှာ Static Pressure ရယ် velocity or dynamic Pressure ရယ် ၂မျိုး ခွဲခြား လို့ ရတယ် ။

Static Pressure က​တော့ duct နံရံ ​တွေ မှာ ဖြစ်လာတဲ့ pressure ဖြစ်ပါတယ် ။ Static Pressure ဟာ air flow ရဲ့ direction နဲ့ မသက်ဆိုင်ပဲ Duct Size နဲ့ သာ သက်ဆိုင်ပါတယ် ။

Air Flow ပမာဏတူညီ​သော် လည်း Duct size ​​သေးငယ် ရင် Duct နံရံ အ​ပေါ် သက်​ရောက်တဲ့ pressure ပိုများပြီး Duct Size ကြီးလာ​ လေ​လေ သက်​ရောက်တဲ့ pressure နည်းသွား ​လေ ဖြစ်ပါတယ် ။

ဒါ​ကြောင့် Project Spec ​တွေထဲမှာ Duct sizing လုပ်ဖို့ guideline အနေနဲ့ Static Pressure loss ကို သက်မှတ်​ပေးရတယ် ။

ဥပမာ 1 Pa/m နဲ့ Duct Size လုပ် ပါဆို Duct တစ်မီတာ တိုင်းမှာ 1Pa pressure losses ရှိ​အောင် တွက်ချက်​ ပြီး Duct Sizing လုပ်ပေးရတယ် ။

Equal friction method နဲ့ အလွယ်တကူ တွက်ချက်နိင်တယ် ။ (တွက်ချက်နည်း ​တွေ ကို ရှင်းပြထားတဲ့ ဗီဒီယို ​တွေ Myanmar ACMV You Tube Channel မှာ ရှိပါတယ်) ။

Fan ​ကြောင့်ဖြစ်လာတဲ့ ​​နောက်ထပ် Pressure တမျိုး က​တော့ velocity pressure or dynamic pressure ဖြစ်ပါတယ် ။

velocity pressure က​တော့ ​လေရဲ့ အ​ရွေ့ ​ကြောင့် ဖြစ်လာတဲ့ pressure ဖြစ်လို့ Duct size ​ရော Air Flow direction ​ရော ၂ ခုလုံး နဲ့သက်ဆိုင်ပါတယ် ။

ပုံ မှာ ကြည့်ပါ water column အပြာ ​ရောင်​လေးက Duct နံရံ မှာ တပ်ထားပြီး static pressure ကို ပြပါတယ် ။ အနီ​ရောင်က​တော့ Total Pressure ပါ ။

Duct ကို ဖွင့်ထားပြီး​တော့ Fan ကို​မောင်းလိုက်တဲ့ အချိန်မှာ water column ၂ ခု ကြားက ခြားနားချက်​လေး ဟာ dynamic pressure ဖြစ်ပါတယ် ။

Duct ကို ပိတ်ထားတဲ့ အချိန် မှာ​တော့ Air Flow မရှိ​တော့ တဲ့ dynamic pressure အတွက် Static Pressure နဲ့ Total Pressure သွားပြီး တူညီ​နေမှာပါ ။

အခု အပိုင်း ၁ ပိုစ့်​လေး မှာ Fans ​ကြောင့် ဖြစ်လာတဲ့ pressure ​တွေ အ​​ကြောင်း ကို ကြိုးစားပြီး ရှင်းပြထားပါတယ် ။ ​​

နောက် အပိုင်း ၂ မှာ Fans speed, Air Flow နဲ့ Static pressure ဆက်သွယ်ချက် ဖြစ်တဲ့ Fan Laws အ​​ကြောင်း ဆက်​ရေး ပါ့မယ် ။

■ ACMV အင်ဂျင်နီယာနဲ့ PAHU Internal Insulation

ညီမ တစ်​ယောက် ကျ​နော် ဆီ msg ပို့ပြီး ​မေးထားတာပါ ။ ​

■ PAHU FAD မှာ internal insulation လုပ်မယ်ဆို 50mm လုပ်ရတာလားရှင့်

Ans :
■ PAHU FAD (Pre-Cooled Air Handling Unit Fresh Air Duct) တွင် **internal insulation** ပြုလုပ်မည်ဆိုပါက **50mm** သည် သာမန်အားဖြင့် အသုံးများသော အထူဖြစ်သော်လည်း၊ အောက်ပါအချက်များပေါ် မူတည်၍ ပြောင်းလဲနိုင်ပါသည်။

၁။ စံသတ်မှတ်ချက်များ
- **ASHRAE** (သို့) **local building codes** များအရ လိုအပ်သော အပူချိန်၊ စိုထိုင်းဆ၊ နှင့် စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်လိုအပ်ချက်များကို ထောက်ပံ့ရန် 50mm ကို ရွေးချယ်လေ့ရှိပါသည်။
- ဥပမာ: အအေးပေးစနစ်များတွင် **condensation ကာကွယ်ရန်** 50mm သည် စံအထူတစ်ခုဖြစ်နိုင်သည်။

၂။ လုပ်ငန်းလိုအပ်ချက်များ
- **အပူထိန်းသိမ်းမှု**: လေထုအပူချိန်ကွာခြားမှု (ΔT) မြင့်မားပါက ပိုထူသော insulation လိုအပ်နိုင်သည်။
- **ဆူညံသံလျှော့ချရန်**: အသံအတိုးအလျှော့ (acoustic performance) လိုအပ်ပါက 50mm ထက် ပိုထူသော (သို့) အထပ်သားပါသော insulation ကို သုံးနိုင်သည်။

၃။ Insulation ပစ္စည်းအမျိုးအစား
- **Fiberglass**, **foam board**၊ သို့မဟုတ် **mineral wool** ကဲ့သို့သော ပစ္စည်းများတွင် လိုအပ်သော thermal resistance (R-value) ကို ရရှိရန် 50mm သည် သင့်တော်နိုင်ပါသည်။

၄။ အကြံပြုချက်
- **အင်ဂျင်နီယာနှင့် တိုင်ပင်ပါ**: သီးသန့်လိုအပ်ချက်များ (ဥပမာ: စိုထိုင်းဆ၊ လေဖိအား၊ လေထုအမြန်နှုန်း) ကို တွက်ချက်၍ အတည်ပြုသင့်ပါသည်။
- **Local codes စစ်ဆေးပါ**: တည်ဆဲဥပဒေများနှင့် ကိုက်ညီမှုရှိစေရန် စစ်ဆေးပါ။

📌 နမူနာအဖြေ:
**50mm insulation** သည် PAHU FAD အတွက် **အသုံးများသော်လည်း**၊ သင့်စနစ်၏ လုပ်ငန်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်များ (operating conditions) နှင့် ဒီဇိုင်းလိုအပ်ချက်များကို စစ်ဆေးသင့်ပါသည်။

PAHU FAD (သို့မဟုတ်) လေအေးပေးစနစ်နှင့် ပတ်သက်သော **Insulation ရွေးချယ်ရာတွင်** ထည့်သွင်းစဉ်းစားရမည့် အချက်များမှာ အောက်ပါအတိုင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။

**HVAC Duct Fittings လေကြောင်းပိုက်အဆက်အစပ်များ** သည် HVAC လေပိုက်စနစ်အတွင်း လေစီးကြောင်းကို ချိတ်ဆက်၊ လမ်းကြောင်းပြောင်းနှင့် ထိန်းညှိရာတွင် အသုံးပြုသော အစိတ်အပိုင်းများဖြစ်သည်။

၎င်းတို့သည် လေစီးကြောင်းကို ထိရောက်စွာ ဖြန့်ဖြူးပေးခြင်း၊ ဖိအားလျော့ကျမှုကို လျှော့ချခြင်းနှင့် ပိုက်၏ဦးတည်ချက်၊ အရွယ်အစားနှင့် ပုံသဏ္ဌာန်ပြောင်းလဲမှုများကို လိုက်လျောညီထွေဖြစ်စေရန် ကူညီပေးပါသည်။

- **အဆုံးဆက်ပိုက် (End boot)** – ကြမ်းပြင်လေဝင်ပေါက်များသို့ လေပိုက်ကို ချိတ်ဆက်ပေးသည်။
- **ဘေးဘက်လေထုတ်ပိုက် (Side takeoff)** – ပင်မပိုက်မှ ဘေးဘက်လေကြောင်းခွဲထုတ်ပေးသည်။

**၇။ လေစုကန်များ (Plenums)**
- **လေဖြန့်ကန် (Supply plenum)** – HVAC ယူနစ်မှ လေကို ဖြန့်ဖြူးပေးသည်။

- **လေပြန်လက်ခံကန် (Return plenum)** – ပြန်လည်သုံးရန်လေကို စုဆောင်းပေးသည်။

Common Types of HVAC Duct Fittings

1. Elbows

90-degree elbow – Changes airflow direction at a right angle.

45-degree elbow – Provides a smoother directional change, reducing resistance.

Long-radius elbow – Reduces pressure loss compared to sharp turns.

2. Reducers & Increasers

Conical reducer – Gradual transition between different duct sizes.

Tapered reducer – More compact than conical but still effective.

3. Tees & Wyes

Tee fitting – Splits airflow into two perpendicular directions.

Wye fitting – Creates a smoother branch connection with less turbulence.

4. Transitions

Rectangular to round transition – Converts duct shapes for system compatibility.

Offset transition – Adjusts the duct path while maintaining efficiency.

5. Dampers & Louvers

Volume damper – Controls airflow volume within ducts.

Backdraft damper – Prevents reverse airflow in ventilation systems.

6. Boots & Takeoffs

End boot – Connects ductwork to floor registers or grilles.

Side takeoff – Extracts air from a main duct into a branch.

7. Plenums

Supply plenum – Distributes conditioned air from the HVAC unit.

Return plenum – Collects return air for recirculation.
