What if the sun disappears for 8 mins? What would happen to you?😨

Welcome to the B4B! Today we’ll be discovering how things would be if the sun vanished for 8 whole mins!😖

Firstly, if the sun disappears for 8 mins….nothing would happen.😉
The reason is that sunlight does not reach earth IMMEDIATELY. Light travels at about 300,000km/s and since the Sun is 150 million km away, its light takes about 8 minutes to reach the earth. So the first 8 minutes, everything is normal. You would still be scrolling through the B4B page, talking to your friend, and even birds would be still flying without noticing that the sun has disappeared.😜

Now that 8 mins have passed, the sun’s light has disappeared. 🤯
Days went by, and the sky has changed into black, pure black not cloudy black nor gray black. That’s not even bad yet,the Sun held 99.8% of the solar system. Now that the Sun is gone, the gravity with light has disappeared, leading the Earth to drift into deep space and stop orbiting.😓

Soon, the temperature started dropping, not so much, but noticeably. The plants will then stop photosynthesis, and the solar panels will stop working. Hence, that leads to a question, “will humans live?”. Yes, but not for long. People will still survive for a few weeks or months with stored energy and geothermal. Earth’s atmosphere will still trap heat for a while. BUT plants will begin dying. Without sunlight, the food chain collapses fast. Animals starve. Oxygen level would drop, and the Earth would soon be frozen, dark world.😱

Now, if the sun ONLY disappears for 8 mins, the Earth would not be destroyed. The temperature would change noticeably but still be reversible. Most life would still be alive, so rest assured.

RLA ဆိုတာ Reading Skill ကိုစစ်ဆေးရုံသာ မဟုတ်ဘဲ ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ ဝေဖန်ပိုင်းခြားနိုင်စွမ်း (Critical Thinking) ကိုပါစစ်ဆေးတဲ့ ဘာသာရပ်ပါ။ အထူးသဖြင့် Extended Response (Essay) အပိုင်းဟာဆိုရင်တော့ ကျောင်းသားအများစုအတွက် စိန်ခေါ်မှုတစ်ခု ဖြစ်နေတတ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် RLA မှာ အမှတ်ကောင်းဖို့ ဘယ်လိုပြင်ဆင်ရမလဲဆိုတာကို B4B နဲ့အတူကြည့်လိုက်ရအောင်ပါနော်။ 🙌

1️⃣ “Exam Structure ကို အရင်ဆုံး နားလည်အောင်လုပ်ပါ။” ⏳

RLA ဖြေချိန်က မိနစ် ၁၅၀ တောင်ရှိတဲ့အတွက် တော်တော်လေး စိတ်ရှည်ဖို့ လိုပါတယ်။
Part 1 & 3 ကတော့ Reading Comprehension နဲ့ Grammar (Language) ပိုင်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

2️⃣ “Extended Response အတွက် Evidence တွေကို အခြေခံပြီး ရေးပါ။” ✍️

ER ရေးတဲ့အခါ ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ personal အမြင်ကို ထည့်ရေးစရာမလိုပါဘူး။ စာမေးပွဲမှာ ပေးထားတဲ့ စာပိုဒ် (၂) ခုကို ယှဉ်ဖတ်ပြီး ဘယ်ဘက်ကအထောက်အထား (Evidence) ကပိုခိုင်လုံလဲဆိုတာကိုပဲ သုံးသပ်ပြရမှာပါ။ ကိုယ်ရွေးချယ်တဲ့ဘက်က ဘာကြောင့် ပိုကောင်းလဲဆိုတာကို Passage ထဲက အချက်အလက်တွေနဲ့ ကိုးကားပြီး ရေးရပါမယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် ရေးနေကျ Essay ပုံစံမျိုးထက် Argumentative Writing ပုံစံကို ပိုပြီး လေ့ကျင့်ထားဖို့ လိုအပ်ပါတယ်နော်။ 📑

3️⃣ “Reading Speed နဲ့ Comprehension Skill ကို မြှင့်တင်ပါ။” 📖

RLA မှာ စာပိုဒ်ရှည်ကြီးတွေ ဖတ်ရတာမို့ အချိန်မလောက်တာမျိုး အဖြစ်များပါတယ်။ အချိန်ပိုကြာလာတာနဲ့အမျှ brain ကငြီးငွေ့လာတာမျိုးလဲ ကြုံရနိုင်ပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့်စာကို မြန်မြန်ဖတ်နိုင်ရုံတင်မကဘဲ Writers တွေရဲ့ ဆိုလိုရင်း (Author’s Purpose) နဲ့ Main Idea ကို ချက်ချင်း ရှာနိုင်အောင် လေ့ကျင့်ပါ။ Vocabulary တွေ အလွတ်ကျက်တာထက် ရှေ့နောက်စာသားကိုကြည့်ပြီး အဓိပ္ပာယ်ခန့်မှန်းတဲ့အကျင့် (Context Clues) ကို လုပ်ထားမယ်ဆို ပိုအထောက်အကူဖြစ်မှာပါပဲ။ 💡

4️⃣ “Grammar နဲ့ အရေးအသားကို သေချာဂရုစိုက်ပါ။” 📍

ER မှာ အမှတ်အပြည့်ရဖို့ဆိုရင် စာကြောင်းတည်ဆောက်ပုံ မှန်ကန်ဖို့ လိုပါတယ်နော်။ Subject-Verb Agreement, Punctuation နဲ့ စာလုံးပေါင်း သတ်ပုံတွေကအစ အရေးကြီးပါတယ်။ အရေးအသား သပ်ရပ်ပြီး Logic ကျနေဖို့က RLA မှာ အမှတ်ရဖို့ တကယ့်လျှို့ဝှက်ချက်လို့ဆိုရမှာပါပဲ။ 🖋

Welcome to the final episode, episode 3 of Newton’s series about Newton’s third law: for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.😉
Newton’s third law may sound new to you, but trust me, it’s everywhere. By everywhere, I mean EVERYWHERE.😫

Force always comes in pairs. You never get just one force by itself.📌

Let’s put it in a real situation.💭
While walking, we push the ground with our feet. The ground also pushes back, hence we’re moving forward. If not, we would’ve either slipped or not stood.💨
Also, when you jump, you don’t just leave the ground; the group pushes you up.

Even when leaning, we’re not the only ones who exert force on the wall; the wall pushes back with the same force, which is why we don’t fall backwards and can lean. 😉

So, forces don’t come alone; they always come in pairs.😲
You can’t have an action without an opposite reaction.

Now the question is, if forces are equal, why don’t they cancel out?
Because in Newton’s third law, the forces are acting on DIFFERENT objects.
Meaning both objects can have motion.😌

Remember, every time you jump, walk or fall, something is always pushing you back.
Hence, don’t give up. Even if there’s no one, physics is always there.😗😋
