Student Athletes Shine at ISM Sport Gala 2026 - Part 2
The ISM Sport Gala was a memorable event that recognized the achievements of student-athletes, senior students, and coaches.
It was a special occasion for students, coaches, and alumni to come together in one place, celebrate with awards and speeches, and enjoy moments of pride and recognition.

ISM Sport Gala ပွဲဟာ ကျောင်းသား အားကစားသမား၊ Senior ကျောင်းသား/သူများနဲ့ နည်းပြ ဆရာတွေကို အသိအမှတ်ပြုခဲ့တဲ့ ပွဲအဖြစ် မှတ်တမ်းတင်နိုင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။

Welcoming New Faculty for 2026–27!
ISM warmly welcomes Mr. Jeff Lindstrom as our new Secondary Economics and Psychology Teacher!
Mr. Lindstrom has taught in Japan, South Korea, China, Kuwait, Egypt, and Brazil, and brings over 30 years of international teaching experience. He has primarily taught Economics and History and is passionate about exploring cultures, art, film, and theater.
He is excited to move to Yangon and inspire students alongside the ISM community. Let’s give him a warm welcome!

ISM Celebrates Student Achievements at 2026 Sport Gala !
The Sport Gala, celebrating ISM students’ achievements, athletic spirit, and school pride, was held at Lotte Hotel with students in attendance.
From award presentations to music performances, the ISM Sport Gala brought together students, coaches, and alumni. From recognizing the most dedicated athletes to honoring senior students and team coaches, the evening was truly a proud moment for everyone.

We warmly welcome Ms. Chloe Eyerman as the new Elementary School Teacher at ISM!
Ms. Eyerman is from the United States and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Colorado Boulder. She has a special focus on Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education. Outside the classroom, Ms. Eyerman enjoys reading, painting, traveling, and trying new foods.
She is excited to share her experience and teach our Elementary students closely. Let’s give a warm ISM community welcome to Ms. Eyerman!

2026 Spring Creative Arts Show: Seasons
Last week, at the 2026 Spring Creative Arts Show, ISM Elementary students filled the Elementary Lobby with their artistic and musical creations.
From paintings to 3D projects, as well as singing and various musical performances, the students showcased their creativity and talents. With the support of students, parents, teachers, and the ISM community, it was truly a special day.
The school would like to extend a big thank you to everyone who helped make the Spring Creative Arts Show a success. We are extremely proud that the students’ energy, creativity, and hard work were fully on display at this event.

Ms. Boice brings over 15 years of teaching experience from schools in the United States and China. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Studio Art from the University of Texas and a Teaching License from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
Ms. Boice enjoys exploring art, spending time with friends, great food, and a hot cup of tea. She is excited to inspire and nurture the creative talents of our students.
