ဒီသင်တန်း အစီအစဉ်ကို ရပ်ရွာ အခြေပြုကျောင်းများရှိ ဆရာ၊ ဆရာမများ ကိုယ်တိုင်လေ့လာသင်ယူကြနိုင်ဖို့ ရည်ရွယ်သော်လည်း ပညာရေးကို စိတ်ဝင်စားသူမည်သူမဆို လေ့လာတက်ရောက်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ သင်တန်းမှာ ပင်မမော်ဂျူး (၆) ခု ပါဝင်ပြီး အခုဆိုရင် မော်ဂျူး အားလုံးကို Myanmar Teacher Platform ပေါ်မှာ အခမဲ့ တက်ရောက်နိုင်ပြီ ဖြစ်ကြောင်း သတင်းကောင်းပါးအပ်ပါတယ်။

မော်ဂျူး ၃။ “စာသင်ခန်း စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု” မှာတော့ ကလေးတွေကို ဘယ်လိုနားလည်ပြီး တစ်ဦးတစ်ယောက်ချင်းစီရဲ့ လိုအပ်ချက်ကို ပံ့ပိုးပေးရင်း အပြုသဘောဆောင်တဲ့စည်းကမ်းချက်တွေ၊ တုံ့ပြန်မှုတွေနဲ့ စာသင်ခန်းကို ပျော်ရွှင်အောင် ဘယ်လိုစီမံကိုင်တွယ်မရလဲဆိုတာတွေကို လေ့လာရမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
မော်ဂျူး ၄။ “ပြောင်းလွယ်ပြင်လွယ်ရှိခြင်းနှင့် အလိုက်သင့်ပြောင်းလဲနိုင်ခြင်း” မှာဆိုရင် ကလေးတိုင်းကို ပညာရေးအခွင့်အလမ်းတွေပေးနိုင်ဖို့အတွက် မတူညီတဲ့ ကလေးတွေရဲ့ နောက်ခံအကြောင်းအရာအမျိုးမျိုးကိုလိုက်ပြီး သင်ကြားမှုနဲ့ သင်ကြားရေးပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ကို လိုက်လျောညီထွေဖြစ်အောင် သင်ကြားနည်းတွေကို လေ့လာကြရပါမယ်။
မော်ဂျူး ၅။ “ကျောင်းသားများ၏ ပေါက်မြောက်အောင်မြင်မှု” မှာတော့ ကျောင်သားတွေရဲ့ မတူညီတဲ့ သင်ယူမှုပုံစံတွေကို သိရှိပြီး သင်ကြားရေးမှာစိတ်ပါဝင်စားလာအောင် သင်ကြားရမဲ့နည်းလမ်းတွေနဲ့ စစ်ဆေးအကဲဖြတ်ခြင်းနည်းတွေကိုပါ တစ်ပါတည်းလေ့လာရမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
မော်ဂျူး ၆။ “ဆရာအလုပ်၌ ဘဝတစ်သက်တာ နှစ်မြုပ်လုပ်ဆောင်မှု” မှာဆိုရင် ဆရာ၊ ဆရာမတစ်ယောက်မှာ ရှိသင့်တဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းခွင်ဆိုင်ရာ စံသတ်မှတ်ချက်တွေအပြင် ပညာရေးနဲ့ပတ်သက်ပြီး ကိုယ်ပိုင်အတွေးအခေါ်တွေရရှိစေဖို့အတွက် စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ်ဆရာ့အတတ်ပညာအကြောင်းကိုပါ အသေးစိတ်လေ့လာသွားရမှပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
