God’s call to family leadership always comes before His call to ministry or business leadership. In this Family Leadership Seminar, you will learn how to manage priorities between your relationships with God, family, and ministry or business.

You will have the opportunity to do your Family Leadership Assessment. You will learn the biblical and practical priority of a family and be able to develop an Action Plan to strengthen your family relationships.

Your family leadership has a great impact on your ministry leadership. Because the way you lead your family will often be the way that you lead people. Understanding God’s plan for you and your family will help you prioritize your family as a leader.

We are now accepting applications for the Entrepreneurship and Business Development Program for the October 2025 Intake.

The Entrepreneurship and Business Development Program is a nine-month accelerated professional diploma program focused on entrepreneurship development, micro and small business development, essential business management skills, business strategy development, business model innovation, and missional business and marketplace ministry.

The Entrepreneurship and Business Development Program offers theoretical knowledge, practical skills, real-world experience, and biblical principles in key areas of business and entrepreneurship, including new venture creation, business innovation, business development, marketing management, financial management, strategy development, business operations, missional business, and startup process.

The program will begin on Thursday, 16 October 2025. The number of participants is limited to 12.

The cost of the program includes a one-time Admission Fee of 50,000 MMK and a monthly Tuition Fee of 20,000 MMK. Tuition is payable at the beginning of each month for the duration of the program.

The Spiritual Formation Course is divided into two parts: Spiritual Foundation and Spiritual Disciplines. In Spiritual Foundation, you will learn key salvation lessons to gain a clear understanding of God’s plan of salvation and have assurance of your salvation by responding to Christ as your Savior and Lord through a wholehearted, personal commitment of repentance and faith. In Spiritual Disciplines, you will learn how to pursue godliness by practicing spiritual disciplines, with the goal of becoming more like Christ.

Join us for the Serving Leader Virtual Cohort with Rev. Peter T. Mang.

This course will introduce you to the Five Actions of Serving Leadership™ and provide simple, yet highly effective tools for you to put serving leadership principles into action to create a high-performance culture in your organization.

Course Overview

This course is designed to be much more than helping you learn new information. It is structured to add knowledge, but will focus on changes in actions that will increase your leadership effectiveness.

The Serving Leader Course provides simple, deep, and effective tools and methodologies that put values-based leadership theory into practice to effectively resolve your key leadership challenges.

Workbook Exercises

The Serving Leader Course includes a 121-page course workbook, six 2-hour virtual training sessions, and assessments. In the workbook exercises ahead, you will be asked to complete exercises and create plans that will help you apply the principles you are learning about the Serving Leader Model®. If you need assistance, you can consult with your Cohort Facilitator.

There will be new information that you learn in this course, but our philosophy is that there is a huge knowing/doing gap. It is that gap we want to close.

What You Will Learn

The Serving Leader Course introduces the Five Actions of Serving Leadership™ and 15 Key Behaviours, created and taught by Dr. John Stahl-Wert, a best-selling author, internationally renowned speaker, leadership coach, and leadership expert.

In the book, The Serving Leader, Dr. John Stahl-Wert identified the Five Actions™ of a serving leader. Underneath each of these actions are three applications or best practices for each action. These 15 applications come from studying great leaders worldwide and identifying specific behaviours being practiced by them that produce both great results and great places to work.

Lesson 1: Run to Great Purpose™

You will learn to define a compelling VISION that describes WHY your Organization exists and inspires your team to bring their best to work every day.

The Biblical Theology of Leadership Course is an introduction to the study of the biblical and theological foundations of leadership.

You will learn to define leadership as modeled by Jesus Christ, explore the fundamentals of true biblical leadership in both the Old and New Testaments, examine the primary purpose of true biblical leadership to glorify God by reflecting the nature and character of God, identify the core qualities of true bibilical leaders who follow the self-emptying of Jesus Christ, and develop great leaders who know how to serve and lead like Jesus Christ.
