ပိုမိုထိရောက်သော မိဘ သို့မဟုတ် အုပ်ထိန်းသူဖြစ်ရန် အဆင့် ၉ ဆင့်

၁. ကလေး၏ မိမိကိုယ်ကို တန်ဖိုးထားစိတ် မြှင့်တင်
ပါ

ချစ်ခင်ကြောင်း ဖော်ပြခြင်း၊ စိတ်ရှည်လက်ရှည် နားထောင်ပေးခြင်း၊ ကြိုးစားအားထုတ်မှုနှင့် အောင်မြင်မှုများကို ချီးကျူးခြင်းဖြင့် ကလေးကို တန်ဖိုးထားခံရသည်ဟု ခံစားစေပါ။ အပြုသဘောဆောင်သော အာရုံစိုက်မှုက ကလေး၏ ယုံကြည်မှုကို တည်ဆောက်ပေးသည်။

၂. ကလေး ကောင်းမွန်စွာ ပြုမူသည့် အချိန်များကို အသိအမှတ်ပြုပါ

အမှားများကိုသာ ထောက်ပြနေမည့်အစား ကလေး၏ ကောင်းမွန်သော အပြုအမူများကို အာရုံစိုက် အသိအမှတ်ပြုပါ။ ယင်းက ကောင်းမှုကောင်းရပ်များကို ထပ်မံပြုလုပ်ရန် ကလေးကို တွန်းအားဖြစ်စေသည်။

၃. စည်းကမ်းများ ချမှတ်ကာ တစ်သမတ်တည်း အမြဲလိုက်နာပါ

ရှင်းလင်းသော စည်းကမ်းများ သတ်မှတ်ပြီး ဖြစ်လာနိုင်သည့် အကျိုးဆက်များကို ရှင်းပြပါ။ ထိုစည်းကမ်းများကို တစ်သမတ်တည်း အမြဲတစေလိုက်နာပါ။ သို့မှသာ ကလေးသည် စည်းကမ်း၏ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ကို နားလည်ကာ လုံခြုံမှုကို ခံစားရမည်။

၄. ကလေးများအတွက် အချိန်ပေးပါ

ရိုးရိုးရှင်းရှင်း လှုပ်ရှားမှုမျိုးဖြစ်စေ၊ အတူတကွ အဓိပ္ပာယ်ရှိသော အချိန်များ ဖြုန်းပါ။ ၎င်းက မိဘနှင့်ကလေး ရင်းနှီးမှုကို ခိုင်မာစေပြီး ကလေးအား “ငါသည် အရေးပါတယ်” ဟူသော ခံစားချက်ကို ပေးသည်။

၅. စံပြပုဂ္ဂိုလ်ကောင်း ဖြစ်ပါ

ကလေးများသည် အရွယ်ရောက်သူများ၏ အပြုအမူကို ကြည့်ရှု သင်ယူတတ်ကြသည်။ ကြင်နာမှု၊ စိတ်ရှည်မှု၊ ရိုးသားမှုနှင့် တာဝန်ယူမှုတို့ကို ကိုယ်တိုင် ရှေးရှုပြုမူပြပါ။

၆. ဆက်သွယ်ပြောဆိုမှုကို ဦးစားပေးပါ

ကလေးနှင့် ပွင့်ပွင့်လင်းလင်း ပြောဆိုပါ။ စေ့စေ့သေချာ နားထောင်ပေးပြီး မိမိ၏ ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်များကို ရှင်းပြပါ။ သို့မှသာ ကလေးသည် မိဘ၏ တန်ဖိုးထားမှုများနှင့် မျှော်လင့်ချက်များကို ကောင်းစွာ နားလည်လာမည်။

၇. လိုက်လျောညီထွေမှုရှိပြီး ပြောင်းလဲရန် အသင့်ရှိပါ

ကလေးကြီးပြင်းလာသည်နှင့်အမျှ သူ၏ လိုအပ်ချက်များလည်း ပြောင်းလဲလာသည်။ မိမိ၏ အုပ်ထိန်းပုံစံကို ကလေး၏ အသက်၊ ကိုယ်ရည်ကိုယ်သွေးနှင့် ရင့်ကျက်မှုအဆင့်နှင့် ကိုက်ညီအောင် ပြောင်းလဲတတ်ရမည်။

၈. မိဘ၏မေတ္တာသည် အခြေအနေ မရွေး တည်မြဲကြောင်း ပြပါ

ကလေး၏ အပြုအမူကို ပြင်ဆင်ပေးသည့်အခါတွင်ပင် ထိုအပြုအမူအပေါ် မေတ္တာမူတည်သည်မဟုတ်ကြောင်း ရှင်းလင်းပါ။ ကလေး၏ အပြုအမူနှင့် ကလေး၏ တန်ဖိုးကို သီးခြားခွဲခြား သုံးသပ်ပါ။

၉. မိမိ၏ လိုအပ်ချက်များနှင့် ကန့်သတ်ချက်များကို သိရှိပါ

ကလေးအုပ်ထိန်းခြင်းသည် စိန်ခေါ်မှုတစ်ရပ်ဖြစ်ပြီး စိတ်ဖိစီးမှုကို ဖြစ်စေနိုင်သည်။ မိမိကိုယ်ကို ပြန်လည် ဂရုစိုက်ပါ၊ လိုအပ်ပါက အကူအညီတောင်းခံပါ၊ မည်သည့်မိဘမျှ ပြီးပြည့်စုံသည်မဟုတ်ကြောင်း လက်ခံနားလည်ထားပါ။

သင့်ကလေး၏ အင်္ဂလိပ်စာအရည်အချင်း တိုးတက်ကောင်းမွန်စေရန် PKA မှ ဖွင့်လှစ်မည့် နွေရာသီ အင်္ဂလိပ်စာသင်တန်းတွင် စာရင်းသွင်းလိုက်ပါ!
အသက် ၆ နှစ်မှ ၁၄ နှစ်အထိ ကလေးများ တက်ရောက်
နိုင်ပြီး၊ သူတို့အတွက် သင့်တော်သော (Level 1-4) ကို ရွေးချယ် တက်ရောက်နိုင်ပါသည်။
