The organisation uses education to empower marginalized communities, including religious and ethnic minorities, as well as marginalized individuals, such as women and members of the LGBTQ community. The organisation is dedicated to the empowerment of religious minorities as well as the advocacy surrounding the importance of religious diversity in Myanmar. Mosaic Myanmar seeks to overcome existing tensions between ethnic and religious groups by using education and open dialogue to ignite social and political change in the country. Mosaic Myanmar facilitates round-table discussions between community leaders to give them a platform to voice their concerns and develop comprehensive, inclusive, and sustainable solutions.
