Meaning:

win-win (Adjective)
Meaning: being beneficial to both sides/parties
ႏွစ္ဦးႏွစ္ဖက္ အက်ိဳးရွိေသာ, ရွဥ့္လည္း ေလွ်ာက္သာ ပ်ားလည္း စြဲသာ
The decision is a win-win situation for both seller and buyer.
ဒီဆံုးျဖတ္ခ်က္က ေရာင္းသူေရာ ဝယ္သူပါ အကိ်ဳးရွိပါတယ္
After a long conversation, they finally came up a win-win decision that would not compensate anything.
သူတို႔ ဘယ္အရာမွ မနစ္နာေစတ့ဲ ဆံုးျဖတ္ခ်က္ကို အခ်ိန္အၾကာႀကီး စကားေျပာၿပီး ေနာက္ဆံုးရယူႏိုင္ခ့ဲတယ္
You can use the word "win-win" for the situation that brings profit to everyone involved.

Vocabulary tip 21: Guarantee or Warranty?

ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ အေနန႔ဲ ဒီစကားလံုးႏွစ္မ်ိဳးလံုးန႔ဲ ရင္းႏွီးၿပီးသားျဖစ္မွာပါ ဒါေပမ့ဲ တူသလိုလိုန႔ဲ ဒီစကားလံုးႏွစ္လံုးမွာ မတူတ့ဲအခ်က္ေလးေတြကို အတူတူေလ့လာၾကည့္ရေအာင္

Guarantee(noun): promise
Warranty(noun): written warranty

Guarantee is usually presented in percentage. (eg: 100% guarantee)
Warranty is usually presented with time duration. (eg: 2-years warranty). It is usually written and signed on legal documentations.

1. I can guarantee his quality of work.
သူ႔လုပ္ရည္ကိုင္ရည္ကို ကၽြန္ေတာ္အာမခံႏိုင္ပါတယ္

2. It is free of charge during warranty period.
အာမခံကာလအတြင္း အခမ့ဲပါ

1. As a fresh graduate, you can’t get a job without experience. You can’t get an experience without a job. It’s a chicken and egg situation.
