Meaning:

The decision is a win-win situation for both seller and buyer.

Vocabulary tip 21: Guarantee or Warranty?

Guarantee(noun): promise
Warranty(noun): written warranty

Guarantee is usually presented in percentage. (eg: 100% guarantee)
Warranty is usually presented with time duration. (eg: 2-years warranty). It is usually written and signed on legal documentations.
