မင်္ဂလာပါ🙏🏻
ခုလက်ရှိPolandမှာ Youth Leader အနေနဲ့ ကလေးတွေအတွက် informal teaching methods လေးတွေ လေ့လာဖြစ်လို့ knowledge sharing အနေနဲ့ video တစ်ခု ဖန်တီးထားပါတယ်။Poland မှာတော့ ကလေးတွေ confident skills, leadership skills, communication skills နဲ့ English language skills တွေ တက်အောင် creativity activities, team building activities (games), presentation, performance & dance show တွေအဖွဲ့လိုက် ဦးဆောင်စေပြီး သူတို့လေးတွေ skillsတွေ တက်အောင် သင်ကြားပေးဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အခုတင်ထားတဲ့ video ကတော့ Grade 5-7 kids နဲ့သင့်လျော်တဲ့ creativity activity တစ်ခုပါ။ ကလေး၅ယောက် ၆ ယောက်ကို group တစ်ခုဖွဲ့ပေးပြီး ကိုယ်ပိုင်နိုင်ငံတစ်ခု ဖန်တီးတဲ့ creative idea ကိုလှုံဆော်ပေးတဲ့ activity တစ်ခုပါ။ သူတို့လေးတွေကို သူတို့စိတ်ကြိုက် နိုင်ငံပုံ၊နိုင်ငံနာမည်၊အလံ၊ရိုးရာအစားအစာ၊ ရိုးရာအက၊ဘာသာစကား စသည်ဖြင့် သူတို့စိတ်ကြိုက်တွေးစေပြီး စာရွက်ပေါ်မှာ ရောင်စုံပုံတွေဆွဲစေတယ် တိရစ္ဆာန်ပုံလေးတွေနဲ့အတူ English words တွေ ရေးခိုင်းတယ်၊ ၄၅ မိနစ် ၁ နာရီလောက် အချိန်ပေးပြီး creation လုပ်ခိုင်းပြီးရင် အဖွဲ့လိုက် ရှေ့ထွက်ပြီး presentation လုပ်ခိုင်းပါတယ် ဒါကတော့ confident နဲ့ English speaking တက်အောင် ထပ်လုပ်ပေးတဲ့သဘောပါ traditional dance တွေသူတို့ဘာသာ creative လုပ်ပြီး အဖွဲ့လိုက် ကရတော့ communication skills, leadership skills တွေတက်လာတယ် တစ်ယောက်နဲ့တစ်ယောက်လဲပိုပြီး Connected ဖြစ်ပြီး ရင်းနှင်းမှုတိုးလာတယ် ကြောက်တတ်တဲ့၊ရှက်တတ်တဲ့ကလေးမျိုးတွေကိုကိုယ့်ဘက်က question လေးတွေ မေးပေးပြီး ဘာလို့ ဒီလိုရေးရ ဆွဲရတာလဲ ဆိုတာမျိုး မေးပေးရပါမယ် English လိုမေးပြီး English လိုပဲဖြေခိုင်းပေးပါ

Hello, I am a youth leader in an NGO in Poland, and I am currently learning how to train children using non-formal teaching methods. I have created a video to share my knowledge, focusing on leading kids through creative activities, team-building exercises, presentations, and dance shows to enhance their confidence, leadership, communication, and English language skills.
This video specifically targets children in grades 5-7. I form groups of 5 or 6 people and facilitate discussions about their creativity activities. In this session, they can draw, add English words, and create as they wish.
