I’ve spent years working with senior leaders across logistics and NGOs.
At that level, confusion is expensive.

𝘖𝘯𝘦 𝘱𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘯 𝘪𝘴 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵:
𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙝𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙜𝙤, 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙚𝙧 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙪𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙨.
Not because the work is simple—
but because clarity becomes non-negotiable.

If a message cannot be delivered with precision,
it creates hesitation.
And hesitation affects decisions.

This is the foundation of 𝗥𝗔𝗬𝗭.

𝗙𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹. 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀.

Fluency… is not the goal.
Most professionals are told to aim for fluency.
But at an executive level… that’s not what matters.
Clarity… is.

You don’t need to speak faster.
You need to make decisions… understood.

Over the years, I’ve seen capable managers lose credibility—
not because of grammar…
but because their message lacked structure.

At 𝗥𝗔𝗬𝗭, we focus on three things:
1) 𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘵.

Don’t aim to speak English.

𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟬—𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀. 𝗡𝗼𝘄, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁.

Today I turn 33. This marks a new phase.

Since 2010, I’ve worked as a freelancer, co-founder, and coach—supporting CEOs, NGO leaders, and management teams behind the scenes.

But over time, one thing became clear:

Teaching English is not enough.

Professionals don’t just need language.
They need 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆—to operate, influence, and lead at the next level.

That is why I founded 𝗥𝗔𝗬𝗭 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵.

RAYZ stands for 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗭𝗲𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗵.
It’s built for professionals who have already achieved success—
but know there is a higher level of communication waiting.
