We are excited to have you join us for another engaging session of the E-Lingo Free Online Speaking Club!

As we all know, last week we covered the self-productivity topic "The Art of Change." This week, our dear host has decided to focus on another self-improvement topic. As announced in our post, the topic is "Stress and Anxiety." We aim to help our participants understand the difference between stress and anxiety, raise awareness about these conditions, and explore what can happen if they learn to manage them effectively..

1. Therapeutic (adj) - Causing someone to feel happier and more relaxed, or to feel more healthy.

2. Nerve-racking (adj) - Difficult to do and causing a lot of worry or anxiety.

3. Withdraw (v) - To take or move out or back, or to remove.

✔︎ Anxiety ဆိုတာ လူတွေရဲ့ instinct ထဲရှိနေပြီးသား စိတ်အခြေအနေတစ်ခုဖြစ်ပြီး မျိုးရိုးဗီဇ၊ ကြီးပြင်းလာရတဲ့ ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်၊တစ်ဦးတစ်ယောက်ချင်းစီရဲ့ ဦးနှောက်ဖွဲ့စည်းပုံအလိုက်မူတည်ပြီး ကွဲပြားတတ်ကြပါတယ်

5. Call Out - to criticize someone or ask to explain their action, especially publicly.

We are excited to have you join us for another engaging session of the E-Lingo Free Online Speaking Club!

This week, our focus is on improving our vocabulary and understanding the growth mindset and fixed mindset. We have some fascinating words to share, along with a website that dives into the concept of growth mindset and fixed mindset.

Let’s explore five commonly used vocabularies related to mindset and personal growth:

1. Malleable (Adj) - Easily influenced, trained, or controlled

2. Resilience (Noun) - The ability to be happy, successful, etc. again after something difficult or bad has happened.

3. Perseverance (Noun) - Continued effort to do or achieve something, even when this is difficult or takes a long time.

4. Innate (Adj) - An innate quality or ability is one that you were born with, not one you have learned.

5. Optimistic (Adjective) - Hoping or believing that good things will happen in the future.

6. Pessimistic (Adjectives) - Thinking that bad things are more likely to happen or emphasizing the bad part of a situation.

Our lovely participants can explore these vocabularies in advance, but don't worry, we will explain them in our session. 🫶
