Our Meditation is a method throwing away the false mind to be the mind of Truth. Subtracting the mind helps you to release stress and pain. Since stress is the reason of all the unbalanced situations, throwing away that mind make you get a fundamental solution to save yourself from it.

စိတ်ဖိစီးမှုတွေကတော့ မကောင်းမြင်တဲ့ အခြေအနေတွေရဲ့ အကြောင်းရင်းဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက် အဲဒီစိတ်တွေကို စွန့်ပစ်ရင် အဲဒီ စိတ်တွေကနေ ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကို ကယ်တင်နိုင်သော အဓိက ဖြေရှင်းချက်ကို တွေ့မှာဖြစ်ပါသည်။

The final goal of our Meditation is to change human mind to infinite universe mind and thus is being reborn as the body and mind of the universe. If you are reborn as the Universe your mind will eternally new die.
