“There’s no point in + Gerund”

👉 အဲဒီလိုလုပ်လည်း အကျိုးမရှိဘူး / အဓိပ္ပာယ်မရှိဘူး၊အလကားပဲ ဆိုတဲ့ အဓိပ္ပါယ်ပါ။

For example:

1. There’s no point in pretending to be okay—just say how you feel.
👉 အဆင်ပြေနေသလို ဟန်ဆောင်နေစရာမလိုပါဘူး။မင်းခံစားချက်ကို ပြောလိုက်ပါ။

2. There’s no point in arguing in the comments—people never change their minds.

👉 Usage – အထူးသဖြင့် stage performance (acting, singing, dancing) မလုပ်ခင် လူကို ကံကောင်းပါစေဆိုပြီး ပြောတာ

👉 e.g. You have a show tonight? Break a leg!
👉 e.g. I know you've practiced so hard for the play tonight. Break a leg!

2. Fingers crossed

👉 Meaning – I hope for good luck / I wish it will happen

👉 Usage – ကိုယ်တိုင်ကလည်း ကံကောင်းချင်တာ၊ အရာတစ်ခု အောင်မြင်မယ်လို့ မျှော်လင့်တဲ့အချိန်
👉 e.g. I have an exam tomorrow—fingers crossed!

👉 e.g. I applied for the dream job, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
