YLE lead teachers & assistant teachers 👩🏼‍🏫👩🏼‍🏫👩🏼‍🏫 are needed for Mingalar Education Centre (MEC) , a private high school in SANCHAUNG !
▫️ Position 1 (Lead teacher-Part time)
Requirements
📍 Any graduates ( BA.Eng or MA.Eng is preferable)
📍 Educational degrees holders (ELT, TKT, TESOL, etc) are prioritized
📍Young learners teaching experience for at least 2 years
📍 At least upper intermediate level of English
📍 Very good command of English as the medium
📍 Must handle big-sized classes
📍 Planning effective lessons with fun & modern teaching techniques
📍 Able to teach full term (per academic year)

▫️ Position 2 (Assistant teacher-Part time)
Requirements
📍 Any graduate or undergraduate
📍 Effective English communication (minimum B1 level)
📍 Quick learner with strong adaptability
📍 Ability to manage and assist in large classrooms
📍Teaching or assisting experience preferred (not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities
• Support lead teachers in classroom tasks
• Assist with lesson preparation and classroom setup
• Engage actively with students during activities
• Monitor student behavior and provide guidance
• Communicate clearly with students and staff
• Contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment
