1. Document Preparation and Organization:

4. Administrative Support:

🏮Qualifications🏮

1. Experience: as a secretary, administrative assistant, or in a similar role, preferably within a software or technology company.

2. Technical Proficiency:
* Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent Mac OS applications like Numbers and Keynote.

3. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with multiple tasking and priorities efficiently.

4. Communication:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Proficiency equivalent to an IELTS score of 6.
* Japanese language skills are a plus.

5. Discretion: Capable of handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintaining confidentiality.

6. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
