၂။ ပါရမီတက္ကသိုလ်ဟာ အွန်လိုင်းဘွဲ့ကြိုပရိုဂရမ်များဖွင့်လှစ်ခွင့်လိုင်စင်ကို အမေရိကန်ပြည်ထောင်စု Washington D.C. ၏ Higher Education Licensure Commission (HELC) မှ ရရှိထားပြီးဖြစ်ပြီး ကျောင်းသူကျောင်းသားများအတွက် အရည်အသွေးမြင့်မားတဲ့ ပညာရေးကို ပေးအပ်နိုင်ဖို့ အောင်မြင်မှုမှတ်တိုင်တစ်ခု ထပ်မံစိုက်ထူနိုင်ခဲ့ပြီ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

၃။ ယခုနှစ်ဩဂုတ်လမှ စတင်ပြီး ဘွဲ့ကြိုပရိုဂရမ်နှစ်ခုဖြစ်တဲ့ Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) နှင့် Bachelor of Arts in Statistics and Data Science (SDS) တို့ကို အွန်လိုင်းသင်ကြားမှုမှတဆင့် စတင်သင်ကြားပေးသွားမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Starting in 2019, the Center for Education Policy Research has dedicated itself to advising the Ministry of Education on higher education policies, publishing glossary of higher education terminology and newsletters, hosting workshops, and publishing the Parami Journal of Education.

However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the changing political environment, we are unable to provide our research and technical expertise. Therefore, we are exploring the way forward for the benefits of the education sector and community as a whole. We will resume our center’s activities after we made the necessary adjustments to them.

We wish every Kayin people have a very happy and prosperous Kayin New Year!

In the past, Kayin New Year celebrated at the beginning of the next rice crop, depending on the Kayin regions. Then, the Kayin leaders tried to celebrate New Year as the Gazetted Holiday. Initially, the Kayin people demanded that the day be named Kayin National Day, but it was renamed as Karen New Year under the reign of Dr. Ba Maw's government. Kayin people celebrate New Year (the traditional ceremony of eating the first crop) by wearing traditional costumes and dancing traditional pot dance all around Myanmar.

The Center for Education Policy Research will be closed in observance of Kayin New Year Day.
