" The Power of Imagination "

Imagination is literally the workshop where all ingenuities emerge. The impulse or desire is given shape and action through the aid of the imaginative faculty of the mind.It is said that we can create anything we can imagine. From civilizations past until now, this is the most favorable moment for the development of imagination due to rapid change. Everywhere, we come into contact with stimuli that trigger our imaginative faculties. Through imagination, humankind has discovered and harnessed more of nature’s forces in the past few centuries than in the entire history of the human race prior to this time. An example is how humans have conquered the air so much that the birds are no match for them in swiftness of flight. Again, the sun was weighed from millions of miles away.
Imagination can be in two forms: Synthetic and Creative imagination. The synthetic imagination is the one that may arrange the old concepts, ideas or plans into new combinations. This type of imagination creates nothing. It merely works with the material of experience, education and observation with which it is fed. It is a type of imagination that is mostly used by the inventor as opposed to the ‘genius’ who draws upon the creative imagination when they cannot solve a problem through synthetic imagination.
The other type of imagination is the one being emphasized – the creative imagination. The human mind has direct communication with 'Infinite Intelligence', through which ‘hunches’ and ‘inspirations’ are received. This type of imagination births all basic or new ideas, and it is the one that any individual may ‘tune in to’.
As the famous physicist, Albert Einstein, said, ‘Imagination is more important than knowledge’.
Imagination is the pathway to ground-breaking discoveries. The great and famous people, approved by the masses, became great because they developed the faculty of creative imagination.Center your attention, for time being, in the development of synthetic imagination; however, be sure not dwell on it for a life time. An idea that shines in your mind could be the one that puts you on the path of creative thinking.

DESIRE FOR SUCCESS

A long while ago, a great warrior had to make a decision which ensured his success on the battlefield. He was about to send his armies against a powerful foe, whose men outnumbered his own. He loaded his soldiers into boats, sailed to the enemy’s country, unloaded soldiers and equipment, then gave the order to burn the ships that had carried them. Addressing his men before the first battle, he said, ‘You see the boats going up in smoke. That means that we cannot leave these shores alive unless we win! We now have no choice; we win or we perish!’ They won.
Every person who wins in any undertaking must be willing to burn his ships and cut all sources of retreat. Only by so doing can one be sure of maintaining that state of mind known as a burning desire to win, essential to success. Every human being who understands the purpose of success wishes for it. Wishing will not bring success. But desiring success with a state of mind that becomes an obsession, then planning definite ways and means to acquire success, and backing those plans with persistence which does not recognize failure, will bring success.
The method by which desire for success can be transmuted into its equivalent practical steps.
Fix in your mind the definite target you desire. It’s not sufficient merely to say, ‘I want success.’ Be definite as to the exact target (There is a psychological reason for definiteness).
Determine exactly what you intend to give in return for the success you desire (There is no such reality as “something for nothing”).
Establish a definite date when you intend to process the target you desire.
Create a definite plan for carrying out your desire, and begin at once whether you are ready or not, to put this plan into action.
Write out a clear, concise statement of the target that you want to hit. Name the time limit for its acquisition. State what you intend to give in return for the success, and describe clearly the plan through which you intend to accumulate it.
Read your written statement aloud, twice daily, once just before retiring at night, and once after rising in the morning. AS YOU READ, SEE AND FEEL AND BELIEVE YOURSELF ALREADY IN POSSESSION OF THE SUCCESS.

When a recruiter is looking for their ideal candidate, the first thing they pay attention to is your experience and skills. Have you ever thought about what skills you need to write and what skills you should not specify at all? What about how to use these skills to present yourself favorably in the eyes of the recruiter? How to convey the information so that it doesn't just look like a useless text in the resume. Don't worry, TGIF has got you covered. I will look at various professional skills, which ones are relevant to you, and how to correctly identify your key skillset when describing them in your resume. I will also point out where exactly to place this information in the resume and be sure to give a high-quality example with a description of skills in the resume.The skills section allows you to show your employer exactly what you can do, what you learned while studying or working at a previous job, and most importantly — that you are efficient. This is how the employer can immediately see your main skills. These skills are not always obvious from the section about your work experience.
Be honest and give specific examples of how you have used these skills in the past. Specify the skills that you definitely have experience in and give compelling examples of these skills in action.
Advice: Don't write out all the skills you know. For sure, in your arsenal there are significant skills for a particular job. In the eyes of the employer, this will look more solid than a long list of relevant words.
There are different categories of professional skills, but they are divided into two main types: “Hard "(Hard skills) and “flexible " (Soft skills) skills. Technical skills (Hard skills): these are professional skills that we get with the experience of performing a task. This can be a mastered computer program, programming language, foreign language, etc. Flexible or universal skills (Soft skills): these are non-specialized qualities that help in the workflow. For example, this can include universal competencies such as sociability, creativity, ability to work in a team and so on.Advice: Both types of skills are important to include in your resume, but pay attention to the list of requirements for the job. The employer will tell you what kind of person they are looking for to join their team. If you have something to offer them, go ahead.

Continuous learning is becoming an indispensable component in the preparation for future work.In this article, TGIF will share with you some tips on how leaders and professionals can create their personal development program and take responsibility for the future of their careers.
Different learning styles and methods produce different results with different types of learners. So, the first step is to determine what your learning style is.
According to the popular VARK model, students can be classified as visual, auditory, reading/writing, and kinesthetic students. Each type of learner responds to different learning methods; for example, visual learners prefer to visualize information and ideas, auditory learners prefer to listen, reading/writing learners prefer text-based learning by either reading or writing, and kinesthetic learners are experienced learners who prefer hands-on learning. Similarly, find out if you prefer to study alone or in a group. Determining your type of training is crucial to choosing the right learning environment and methodology.
The next step is to conduct a thorough assessment of your existing skills and identify your current strengths, weaknesses, and areas of opportunity. Prioritize skills according to the urgency you need to master, and set a time frame for doing so. So, divide your learning goals into the skills you need to implement immediately, the skills you need to progress in your current role, and the ones you need to stay relevant shortly. Make sure that you involve your colleagues, managers, mentors, and colleagues in this process, as they can add value to your learning journey with new, objective, and industry-relevant perspectives and ideas. Finally, don't get hung up on your current role and profile while doing this exercise; be prepared for the fact that your role may change significantly.
It can be difficult for professionals and students to easily manage their workload, personal goals, and social commitments with a strict learning schedule. Finding the time and energy to study or read after a long day of study can be difficult, especially if there is no responsibility to an external subject. Training goals should be broken down into several shorter goals that can be integrated into weekly routines. Research and experts agree that micro-learning is more effective than traditional forms of learning.
Since the course modules are usually distributed over several weeks, you have the freedom to learn at your own pace and convenience. To ensure consistent progress, set aside a specific day per week for learning, reading, and taking tests and assessments. Prepare a special training schedule, meet your deadlines, and celebrate your achievements.As we enter the future of work, it becomes clear that those who strive for lifelong learning will have a clear advantage over others. I believe China has a stand for quality and innovation and has introduced new technologies to the world.Ascending the value chain.All over the world, people want to buy low-cost but high-quality products. Countries all over the world, particularly China, are rapidly undergoing industrialization and have a flexible tendency to move from low-cost to high-quality production. Firstly, China planned to manufacture all kinds of items per need of different social classes. It was a groundbreaking plan to transform the image of China's, introducing "Made in China" products.That plan was very successful, boosting the country's economy using the small scale industry. Now, China has progressed from low-technology to high-technology manufacturing. China's new strategies are intended to enhance innovation, production efficiency, and high product quality. More success stories are anticipated after the initial success. The key drivers of the economy are electrical equipment,energy-saving, and new energy vehicles, information technology, aerospace equipment, railway equipment, numerical control tools, robots, and medical devices.Shanghai has the largest metro network in China and the world's second-longest. Shanghai has one of the world's most beautiful subway station architecture. It tops the list of the longest rapid-transit rail network systems in the world.China is popular for its bullet trains. The world's fastest driverless bullet train has been launched in China; there is also recognition tech and robots to assist passengers with directions of boarding, check-in, baggage, and much more at the stations.One Belt one Road (ancient Silk Road).The Silk Road was an ancient trading route used by merchants, traders, and city dwellers linking Asia to the Mediterranean. The history of the Silk Road dates back to the Han dynasty. TheSilk Road (One Belt One Road) is an ambitious project now connecting Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. It is considered an economic land belt, enabling the industry to flourish.China is already well known for its great past invention in the world i.e. Printing Techniques, Papermaking, Gunpowder, Deep drilling, the seismograph, best Silk and the Compass, etc. The Chinese also introduced many other things in the medieval period to the world.The images below show the specific deadlines for achieving some goals, to give the country a nice 100th birthday present by becoming the world's top manufacturer by the year 2049. You need to decide what sort of specialized knowledge you require, informed by the purpose you need it to serve. To a large extent, your major purpose in life — the direction towards which you are looking — will help determine what knowledge you need. That settled, your next move requires that you have accurate information concerning dependable sources of knowledge.
The most important things to consider are:
~One’s own experience and education
~Experience and education available through cooperation with others
~Colleges and universities
~Public libraries (through books and periodicals in which may be found all the organized foundational knowledge and innovations)
~Special training courses (through evening classes and distance-learning courses)
Knowledge acquired must be organized and put into use for a definite purpose in a practical manner. Knowledge has no value except that which can be gained from its application towards a worthy end. Successful people, in all callings, never stop acquiring specialized knowledge related to their major purpose, business or profession.The unsuccessful usually make the mistake of believing that the knowledge acquisition period ends when they graduate. The truth is that schooling does a little more than point one in the direction of how to acquire practical knowledge. Education provides information and guidance to help us make this key decision. But whether or not such guidance is available, as students we should explore a variety of fields, read as much as possible about their respective fields and communicate with people with hands-on experience.We should introduce ourselves to self-study programs which are available during our spare times. Another stupendous advantage of self-initiated study (if the provider is carefully chosen) is the fact that most courses offered provide opportunities for students to obtain clarification or additional information by mail or e-mail, which can be of priceless value to those needing specialized knowledge. No matter where you live, you can share the benefits.Finally, the self-discipline one receives from a definite programme of a specialized study makes up to some extent for the wasted opportunity when knowledge was available without cost.
