ဒီညနေလေးမှာ ကျွန်မတို့ မျှဝေပေးချင်တဲ့အကြောင်းအရာလေးကတော့ GOAL နဲ့ပတ်သက်တာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
Let's see what they are.

1. ကိုယ်က တခုခုကိုစပြီးရည်မှန်းပြီ ရည်မှန်းချက်
ပြုပြီဆိုရင် - set a goal လို့ပြောပါ့မယ် ပိုပြီး
formal ကျကျပြောချင်ရင်တော့ establish a
goal ပေါ့။

2. ရည်မှန်းချက်ချပြီး အဲ့ရည်မှန်းချက်ကို
အရောက်လှမ်းနေပြီဆို ဘယ်လိုပြောကြမလဲ
