Art & Stories for Children
Sometimes, when creating stories and pictures together with children, the expression is not only through drawing, it can also be created through movement and play.(just like making shadows with our hands.)
This shared habit of creating together helps strengthen understanding and trust between the child and the adult, and it also becomes a happy and memorable moment in the child’s early years.

တခါတရံမှာ ကလေးငယ်များနဲ့ အတူ ဇာတ်ကြောင်းပုံပြင်တွေရုပ်ပုံတွေ အတူတူဖန်တီးရာမှာ ရေးဆွဲခြင်းအပြင် ခန္ဓာကိုယ် လှုပ်ရှားခြင်းများဖြင့်လဲ ပုံဖော်ဖန်တီးနိုင်ပါတယ်....။(လက်အရိပ်တွေနဲ့ ကစားတာမျိုးပေါ့…။ )

At this stage, they often become even more fascinated by stories and pictures.
With time given to read aloud, to explain, and to share the meanings of words, children are gently nurtured into the habit of reading. It is a precious period for planting the seeds of a lifelong love for stories and books.

Throughout the time when children are learning love, words, and the hidden meanings behind stories and pictures, they also begin to express their own feelings. Not only through actions, words, and behavior, but also by drawing little pictures, they find ways to respond and share what is inside their hearts.

ခလေးနဲ့ Art Therapy

Art Therapy (အနုပညာကုထုံး) သည် အနုပညာဖြင့် စိတ်နှင့် ခန္ဓာကိုယ်ကျန်းမာရေးကို ကုသပေးနိုင်သော တစ်ခုဖြစ်သည်။ ခလေးများအတွက် Art Therapy သည် စိတ်ခံစားမှုများကို ထိန်းချုပ်နိုင်စေရန်၊ ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကို ခံစားသဘောပေါက်နိုင်စေရန်၊ စိတ်ဖိစီးမှုများကို လျော့ချနိုင်စေရန် အသုံးဝင်သည်။

Art Therapy သည် ခလေးများအတွက် မည်သို့ အကျိုးရှိနိုင်သလဲ?

1. စကားလုံးမသုံးဘဲ ခံစားမှုဖော်ပြနိုင်စေမှု – ခလေးများသည် စကားလုံးများဖြင့် မဖော်ပြနိုင်သော ခံစားမှုများ ကို ပုံဖော်ဆွဲခြင်း၊ ရောင်စုံဖြည့်ခြင်း၊ ပန်းချီဆွဲခြင်း စသည့် အနုပညာများဖြင့် ဖော်ပြနိုင်သည်။

2. စိတ်ဖိစီးမှုလျှော့ချနိုင်မှု – သဘာဝကျသော ပုံဆွဲခြင်းနှင့် အနုပညာလုပ်ခြင်းသည် စိတ်ဖိစီးမှု၊ ကြောက်ရွံ့မှု၊ စိတ်ဓာတ်ကျမှုများ ကို လျှော့ချနိုင်သည်။

3. လူမှုဆက်ဆံရေးတိုးတက်စေမှု – ခလေးများသည် အနုပညာလုပ်ခြင်းမှတဆင့် မိသားစုနှင့် သူငယ်ချင်းများနှင့် ပိုမိုနားလည်မှုရှိလာနိုင်သည်။

4. အသိဉာဏ်နှင့် ဖန်တီးမှုတိုးတက်စေမှု – သိပ္ပံပညာရင်းမြစ်များအရ Art Therapy သည် ခလေးတွင် လိုက်စားခြင်းစွမ်းရည်၊ အာရုံစိုက်မှု၊ ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်မှု စွမ်းရည်များကို တိုးတက်စေနိုင်သည်။

5. ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကို ယုံကြည်မှုမြှင့်တင်နိုင်မှု – ခလေးများသည် ကိုယ်တိုင်ဖန်တီးမှုများ လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ခြင်း မှတဆင့် ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကို ယုံကြည်မှု (self-confidence) မြင့်မားလာနိုင်သည်။

Art Therapy တွင် အသုံးပြုနိုင်သော နည်းလမ်းများ

1. Drawing & Coloring – ခလေးကို စိတ်ကြည်နူးစေရန် ရောင်စုံစက္ကူများ၊ Crayonများ၊ ဆေးဖျော်အရောင်များ ဖြင့် ပုံဖော်ဆွဲရန် လုပ်ဆောင်စေနိုင်သည်။

2. Clay Modeling – လက်တွေ့ဖန်တီးခြင်း သည် ခန္ဓာကိုယ်နှင့် ဉာဏ်ကြံဖန်တီးမှုကို တိုးတက်စေနိုင်သည်။

3. Collage Art – ကတ္တရာများ၊ ပုံစံကွဲကွဲများကို ဖြည့်တင်းကပ်ခြင်း သည် ဖန်တီးမှုနှင့် စိတ်ကို အနုပညာဖြင့် ဖော်ပြနိုင်ရန် ကောင်းမွန်သည်။

4. Painting with Music – သံစဉ်နှင့်အတူ ဆေးချရာ၊ ပန်းချီဆွဲခြင်း သည် ခံစားမှုကို ထိန်းညှိပေးနိုင်သည်။

5. Storytelling Art – ပုံပြင်များကို ပုံဖော်ဆွဲခြင်း သည် ခလေးများ၏ စိတ်ကူးထဲရှိ ခံစားမှုများကို ပိုမိုထုတ်ဖော်နိုင်စေသည်။
