🌟 Welcome Our Elementary ICT Teacher – Ms. May Myat Noe! 🌟

We are delighted to welcome Ms. May Myat Noe as our Elementary ICT Teacher at Thalun International School.

With 8 years of teaching experience, including 4 years with international curricula, Ms. May brings creativity and enthusiasm to technology learning. She holds a Diploma in Computing, Pearson Certified, UK, and is continuing her Bachelor of Science in Computing at the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan), UK.

Ms. May creates fun, interactive, and hands-on ICT lessons where young learners can explore, create, and solve problems through technology. Her goal is to build students’ creativity, digital skills, critical thinking, and confidence while developing responsible digital habits.

We are delighted to welcome Teacher Saw Zayar Min as an Elementary Physical Education Teacher at Thalun International School.

Teacher Saw Zayar Min believes that physical education is about more than simply learning sports. It provides students with opportunities to build confidence, develop discipline, work as a team, and enjoy being active. Through games, practices, and challenges, students learn valuable lessons about perseverance, respect, teamwork, and resilience.

He is passionate about creating a positive and supportive PE environment where every student feels comfortable participating, challenging themselves, and learning from both successes and setbacks. By encouraging students to stay active and enjoy movement, he helps them develop not only their physical skills but also the confidence and mindset they need to grow.

We are delighted to welcome Teacher Aung Wynn Htoot as an Artist / Art and Design Teacher at Thalun International School.

With over 10 years of teaching experience, Teacher Aung Wynn Htoot believes that creativity is an essential quality that can be developed through education. He is passionate about helping students explore their creativity, originality, and critical thinking through art and design.

Teaching Grade 6 to 12 Art, including AP 2D Art, he encourages students to explore, practice, and develop their artistic skills while building a deeper appreciation for art and aesthetics. Through thoughtful guidance and well-planned learning experiences, he supports students in expressing their ideas with confidence and developing their own artistic voices.

Teacher Aung Wynn Htoot looks forward to inspiring young artists at Thalun International School to explore, create, think critically, and grow as confident creative thinkers.

Thalun International School is delighted to welcome Mr. Dan Blute to our academic team for the 2026–2027 School Year.

Originally from the United States, Mr. Dan is a certified educator from Massachusetts with more than 15 years of teaching experience. He will be teaching High School English Language Arts, American Literature, AP English Language and Composition, and AP English Literature and Composition, helping students strengthen their reading, writing, communication, and analytical thinking skills for university success.
