Examples:

ခုရက်ပိုင်း တော်တော်များများ နေမကောင်းကြတော့ ကျန်းမာရေး ဂရုစိုက်ကြပါနော်။ အိမ်ကကျမကြောင်လေးလဲ နည်းနည်းနေမကောင်းဖြစ်ချင်လို့ (He's a bit under the weather.) ဆေးခန်းပြ အားဆေးထိုးလိုက်ရတယ်။ အဖျားမရှိလို့တော်သေးတာပေါ့။

* under the weather - slightly ill

Examples:

-You look a bit under the weather.
- I'm feeling a bit under the weather. I think I've caught a cold.

* နေမကောင်းတဲ့ သူတယောက်ယောက်ကို မြန်မြန်နေကောင်းပါစေ စသဖြင့်ပြောချင်ရင်တော့

*scared to death - extremely frightened

Examples:

- I was scared to death at the thought of making a speech.

ကျမတို့ တခါတလေ ကိုယ်မနှစ်မြို့‌၊ မနှစ်သက် ပေမယ့် သည်းခံ (tolerate) ရတာ မျိုးရှိလိမ့်မယ်ထင်ပါတယ်။ တခါတရံ ကိုယ့် life partner က ဆေးလိပ်သောက်တာ၊ အရက်သောက်တာ ၊ ပူညံပူညံ လုပ်တတ်တာ စသဖြင့် မကြိုက်ပေမယ့် သည်းခံရတာမျိုး ၊ တချို့ဆို အသန့်ပြန့်အရမ်း ကြိုက်တယ် ညစ်ပတ်တဲ့ အခန်းမှာနေရရင် လုံးဝကို သည်းမခံနိုင်ဘူး (I can't put up with .....) စသဖြင့် ရှိတတ်ကြမှာပါ။

Examples:

- When you're new in school, it's easiest to just go with flow for a while, and see what people are like.

Examples:

Peppa Pig ကြည့်ရင်း ကိုယ်တွေငယ်ငယ်ကသာ အဖေ အမြတ်တနိုးစိုက်ထားတဲ့ ဖရုံသီးကြီးကို စက်ဘီးနဲ့ ဝင်တိုက်မိရင် ဘယ်လောက်တောင် အဆူခံရမလဲ စဉ်းစားမိတယ်။ (ကျမတို့ မြန်မာမိဘတွေတော်တော်များများက ကလေးတွေကို အကျိုးအကြောင်း ပြောပြဆုံးမဖို့ထက် ဆူဖို့ပဲ အားသန်ကြတာများတယ်။😁)

ကျမ တို့ အစား စားတဲ့အခါ ကိုယ်စားနိုင်တာထက် ပိုစားရင် အစာမကြေ နေလို့မကောင်းဖြစ်တတ်သလို ၊ ကိုယ်လိုပ်နိုင်တာထက် ပိုလုပ်တဲ့အခါ ( if we try to do something beyond our capibility ) ကိုယ့်အတွက် မနိုင်မနင်းဖြစ်ပြီး အခက်တွေ့တတ်ပါတယ်။ ( Don't bite off more than you can chew.)

bite ရဲ့ verb form တွေကတော့
bite - bit - bitten ပါ။

Are you a minimalist?
ခုတလော လူတွေပြောနေကြနေတဲ့ minimalism ဆိုတဲ့ ရိုးရိုးရှင်းရှင်း လိုသလောက်လေးနဲ့ နေထိုင်ခြင်း နဲ့ ဆန့်ကျင်ဘက် တချို့လူတွေက လိုသည်ဖြစ်စေ မလိုသည်ဖြစ်စေ ပစ္စည်းတွေဝယ်ဝာာ ၊ မလိုအပ်တာတွေကိုစွန့်ပစ်ဖို့ရာ အင်မတန်ဝန်လေးတဲ့ သူ ဆိုရင်တော့ ' You're probably be a pack rat 😁.'

A pack rat : someone who collects things that they do not need

A pack rat is someone who doesn't like to throw things away and has lots of stuff they rarely use.

Examples:

- I am a pack rat, so I need to get a bigger place.

- She's a pack rat. She has hundreds of boxes in storage.

- For me there could be nothing worse than living with a pack rat.

- I'm a terrible pack rat. I never throw anything away.
