As a Public Speaking Coach, I’m usually focused on the stage.

But lately, the most valuable part of my day has been the quiet hour I spend writing individual reports for my students.

This process has taught me something important: feedback is an art form.

I’ve become far more intentional with my words, realizing that even the smallest shift in phrasing can shape how a student sees their own potential.

It has also made me more thoughtful in how I guide, encourage, and challenge each individual.

Growth isn’t just about speaking better. It’s about thinking better, choosing words carefully, and creating impact with intention.

It felt incredible to be back in the training space to reconnect with such resilient and inspiring Myanmar youths.

This program goes far beyond public speaking training. It is about breaking barriers, building confidence, and empowering voices that may have felt limited by stuttering and speaking anxiety.

The energy, courage, and commitment shown by participants reminded me why initiatives like this matter so deeply. Special thanks to ReVoice Community for leading this impactful program, and to KBZ BANK and Hysan Education for their support in making it possible.
