NASA Space Apps Challenge 2026 မှာ ကျောင်းတွေကို ပြိုင်ပွဲဝင်ကျောင်းအဖြစ်သာမက Myanmar STEM Community ရဲ့ အစိတ်အပိုင်းတစ်ခုအဖြစ် ပါဝင်လာစေချင်ပါတယ်။

🚀 Calling Schools, International Schools & Education Communities — NASA Space Apps Yangon 2026
Would you like your students to go beyond exams and academic results and experience what it is like to investigate a real-world problem, work with data, collaborate as a team, create a solution, and present their work?
The NASA Space Apps Challenge is not a traditional Olympiad-style competition.
Rather than answering a fixed set of questions for the highest score, participants work in teams on real-world challenges using open data from NASA and its Space Agency Partners. They research, analyse, design, create and communicate their solutions through a global hackathon experience.
By participating, schools can give their students opportunities to develop:
🌏 Global STEM Exposure — Experience a challenge environment shared by participants around the world.
🛰️ NASA Open Data Experience — Explore and apply NASA and Space Agency Partner data and resources.
💡 Real-World Problem Solving — Move beyond textbook exercises and approach authentic problems with solution-oriented thinking.
💻 Technology & Data Skills — Apply skills such as data analysis, visualisation, interactive mapping and prototyping.
🤝 Teamwork & Leadership — Collaborate with students who bring different strengths and perspectives.
🎤 Presentation & Communication — Learn to clearly communicate a problem, evidence, solution and impact.
🧠 Interdisciplinary STEM Experience — Combine science, mathematics, engineering, technology, data, design, research and storytelling.
🚀 Project & Portfolio Experience — Build meaningful project experience that students may showcase as part of their broader STEM journey, portfolio or future university applications.
Students do not have to be coders to participate. A strong team may include students interested in science, data, engineering, research, design, technology, storytelling or presentation.
For NASA Space Apps Yangon 2026, we would like schools to participate not simply as competitors, but as part of a growing STEM and innovation community in Myanmar.
🏫 Secondary Schools, International Schools, Education Centres and Universities are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI).
📌 Schools and institutions that submit an EOI will be contacted by the NASA Space Apps Challenge Yangon Local Team with further participation information.
