ဒီအပတ် N1 Speech & Drama မှာ ကလေးတွေက Row Your Boat သီချင်းကို သီဆိုရင်း လှေလှော်သည့် လှုပ်ရှားမှုများနဲ့ ပူးပေါင်းသရုပ်ဖော်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ ထပ်ခါတလဲလဲ အသုံးပြုထားသည့် စကားလုံးများက ဘာသာစကားဖွံ့ဖြိုးမှုအတွက် အထောက်အကူ ဖြစ်စေသလို gross motor skill နဲ့ teamwork တို့ကိုလည်း တိုးတက်စေခဲ့ပါတယ်။

မိကျောင်း၊ ပိုလာဝက်ဝံ၊ ခြင်္သေ့ တို့နှင့် တွေ့ဆုံသရုပ်ဖော်သည့် role-play မှာလည်း စိတ်ဝင်စားစွာ ပါဝင်ကစားပြီး ပျော်စရာအချိန်ကို အတူတူ ခံစားခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။��

This week in N1 Speech & Drama, the children learned the song Row Your Boat through singing, movement, and role-play. The activity supported their language development, motor skills, and teamwork, while making learning fun and engaging.�

After, the children took part in a role-play adventure, meeting a crocodile, a polar bear, and a lion along the way.

ဒီနေ့ N1 ရဲ့ Reading ချိန်မှာတော့ “Bye Bye Germs” ဆိုတဲ့ တစ်ကိုယ်ရေသန့်ရှင်းမှုအကြောင်း စာအုပ်လေးကို ဖတ်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ စာအုပ်ဖတ်ပြီးနောက် ကလေးတွေက လက်ကို အချိန်မှန် ဆေးသန့်ဖို့၊ အစာစားပြီးနောက်နဲ့ အပြင်ကနေ ပြန်လာတိုင်း လက်ဆေးဖို့ စတဲ့ သန့်ရှင်းမှုပုံစံလေးတွေကို လေ့လာနိုင်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။

ဒီစာအုပ်ဖတ်ခြင်းက သူတို့ရဲ့ ကိုယ်ပိုင်သန့်ရှင်းမှုပုံစံတွေ ဖွဲ့စည်းပေးနိုင်သလို စာဖတ်နားလည်စွမ်းရည်ကိုလည်း တဖြည်းဖြည်း တိုးတက်စေပါတယ်။

In today’s N1 Reading session, the children enjoyed the book Bye Bye Germs, which teaches the importance of personal hygiene. After reading, they practised healthy habits such as washing their hands at the right times—before meals, after eating, and after returning from outside.

This activity helps the children develop good personal hygiene routines while also supporting the growth of their reading comprehension skills.

N2 သားသားမီးမီး​လေးများက Science Class လေးမှာ ရေ ၊ ဆပ်ပြာအနည်းငယ် ၊ glitterလေးများထည့်ပြီး bottle ကိုဇောက်ထိုးထားကာ အောက်ခြေကိုကိုင်ပြီး လှုပ်လိုက်မယ်ဆိုရင် mini tornado လေး ပေါ်လာတာကို မြင်တွေ့ရပါမယ်။

သားသားမီးမီးလေးတွေက စိတ်ဝင်စားစွာ လက်တွေ့ကြိုးစားကြပြီး သဘာဝထဲမှာ မုန်တိုင်းဘယ်လိုဖြစ်ပေါ်သလဲကိုလည်း နားလည်သွားကြပါတယ်။

During our N2’s Science Class, the children made a mini tornado by adding water, a little soap, and glitter into a bottle and swirling it around. They were fascinated by the activity and began to understand how tornadoes form in nature.

Through these simple scientific experiments at Red SchoolHouse, the children here explore new concepts in fun and engaging ways. Activities like the mini tornado experiment help the children build a deeper scientific understanding, while encouraging hands-on learning and teamwork.

N2 News Today အတန်းမှာ Wild Homes Inside the Zoo, news article ကို လေ့လာပြီး တိရစ္ဆာန်တွေ အတွက် enclosure (အိမ်များ) ရဲ့ အရေးကြီးမှုကို နားလည်လာကြသည်။ Enclosure သည် တိရစ္ဆာန်များကို သဘာဝနဲ့နီးစပ်အောင် ထိန်းသိမ်းထားသည့် နေရာဖြစ်ပြီး၊ ထိုနည်းလမ်းက တိရစ္ဆာန်တွေကို ကာကွယ်ထိန်းသိမ်းဖို့ အရေးကြီးကြောင်း နားလည်လာကြပါတယ်။

ဒီ hands-on activity လေးက ကလေးတွေအတွက် observation, problem-solving, creative thinking တို့ကို သဘာဝကျပြီး အဆင်ပြေပြေ တိုးတက်လာစေပါသည်။ ပညာအထူးအကျိုးကျေးဇူးတွေကို ဖျော်ဖြေရေးနဲ့ တွဲဖက်ပြီး ကလေးတွေ ပျော်ရွှင်စွာ လေ့လာနိုင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။

In our N2 “News Today” class, the children read an article called “Wild Homes Inside the Zoo” and learned why animal enclosures are important for keeping animals safe and close to their natural habitat.

To extend their learning, they created their own zoo using realistic animal figurines, a sandbox, cut-out leaves, sand, rocks and water.

This hands-on activity encouraged observation, problem-solving, and creative thinking while making learning fun and meaningful for our children.

Sudoku is a brain-stimulating puzzle game that helps build focus and problem-solving skills from an early age. To celebrate this special day, the children at Red SchoolHouse enjoyed learning through play with 3×3 Animal Sudoku (N1s) and Shape Sudoku (N2s) activities.

ဒီနေ့ရဲ့ N1 Main English Activity Class လေးမှာတော့ square/ triangle/ circle/ rectangle shape လေးတွေကိုအသုံးပြုပြီး house လေးတစ်ခုကို ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်

ကလေးတွေက square shape ကို အိမ်ရဲ့ body နှင့် window လေးတွေအဖြစ် သုံးထားပြီး အိမ်ရဲ့ roof ကိုတော့ triangle shape ကို အသုံးပြုခဲ့ကြပါတယ်

Sun အဖြစ် က circle shape ကို အသုံးပြုထားပါတယ်
Tree လေးအနေနှင့်ကတော့ triangle

In today’s N1 Main English Activity Class, the children enjoyed building a little house using four different shapes — square, triangle, circle, and rectangle.

They used squares for the house’s body and windows, and a triangle for the roof. The sun was represented with a circle, while the tree was created by combining triangles and rectangles on the worksheet.

This engaging activity not only introduced the children to shapes in a fun and creative way, but also supported the development of their fine motor skills as they carefully used their little fingers to put everything together.

အလင်းရောင်နဲ့ အရောင်တွေ ဘယ်လိုဆက်စပ်နေသလဲဆိုတာကို ကလေးတွေ လက်တွေ့နဲ့ ဖန်တီးနိုင်အောင် ကျောင်းမှာ Stained Glass Activity လေးကို လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။
Teacher က အရင်ဆုံး stained glass ပုံစံနမူနာ pattern ကို plastic sheet ပေါ်မှာတွင် ဆွဲပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။

ထို့နောက် ကလေးတွေက ပေးထားတဲ့ paint တွေကို အသုံးပြုပြီး သူတို့ကိုယ်ပိုင် stained glass design လေးတွေ ဖန်တီးကြပါတယ်။

To help the children experience and understand how light and colours connect, we held a fun Stained Glass Activity at school.

- First, the teacher drew stained glass sample patterns on a plastic sheet.
- Then, the children used the provided paints to create their own unique stained glass designs.
- At the end of the activity —
They actively discussed the question: “How does light make stained glass colors look even more beautiful?”
The children discovered firsthand that when light shines through, the colors become brighter and more vivid.

ဒီအပတ်မှာတော့ N1 Classကသားသားမီးမီးလေးတွေကတော့ “I” ဆိုတဲ့ Sight Word ကို လေ့ကျင့်သင်ကြားခဲ့ပါတယ်။ Teacher က flashcard ကို တစ်ခုချင်းစီပြပြီး “I” ဆိုတဲ့ စကားလုံးကို ဖတ်နိုင်အောင် လေ့ကျင့်ပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။
သင်ခန်းစာလေးထဲမှာတော့ —

In our lesson, we read and pointed to the sight word “I” in these sentences:

We practised reading the sentences together while pointing to the word “I,” and we reinforced learning with clear, simple phonics.
Teaching sight words to our preschoolers is more than memorising—it’s opening the door to joyful, confident reading.
