Job Description
• Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN)
• Configure and install software, servers, routers and other network devices
• Monitor network performance and integrity
• Resolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting cloud and local infrastructure
• Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness if required
• Mentor team members on technical issues
• Create, oversee and test security measures (e.g. access authentication and disaster recovery)
• Communicate with users when needed
• Maintain complete technical documentation
• Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity and scalability
• Partners with the engineering, infrastructure, security and project management teams to help implement new systems that are scalable and highly resilient
• Responsible for disaster recovery testing and restoration of critical services during DR events
• Provides systems and services expertise and drive operational best practices
• Participates in capacity and scalability planning
• Researches, develops, and implements new technologies and practices

Required experience and skills

• BSc/BA, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• At least 5 years of strong experience in the related IT field.
• Experience with supporting open-source infrastructure, systems administration, as well as hardware and software troubleshooting
• Industry-related experience as a Senior Network Engineer or Network Administrator
• Professional certification (e.g. CCNA, CCNP, CCDP or CCIE and MCSA or MCSE)
• Solid background in network administration and architecture
• In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF)
• Familiarity with access control models and network security
• Experience with network from different vendors such as Palo Alto, Juniper, Mikrotik, HPE, Huawei, Fortigate.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows systems administration
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and HyperV
• Experience with DNS and DHCP technologies, PowerShell
• Experience with system performance monitoring & fine-tuning , back up technologies
• Proven technical experience and a solid foundation in operating systems
• Strong work ethic and have a natural tendency to take ownership of incidents & requests
• Good team communication skills, with technical and non-technical colleagues

GTMH နဲ့ VMware ကို ယုံကြည်စွာ လုပ်ငန်း အပ်နှံလိုက်တဲ့ Oway

လျှပ်စစ်မီး ပြတ်တောက်သွားတိုင်း Oway Company ရဲ့ ERP (လုပ်ငန်းဆိုင်ရာ အရင်းအမြစ် စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း) စနစ်ဟာပြန်လည်ပတ်နှိင်ရန် အတွက် ကွန်ပျူတာဆာဗာတွေကို မီးပြန်ဖွင့်ပေးနေရပါတယ်။ ERP စနစ်တွေရှိတဲ့ ဆာဗာတွေဟာ ဒီလို အခြေအနေကြုံရတဲ့အခါတိုင်း နေ့ဖြစ်စေ၊ ညဖြစ်စေ၊ ပိတ်ရက်ဖြစ်နေပါစေ မီးစက်မဖွင့်မချင်း တယောက်ယောက် က ရုံးခန်းကိုမဖြစ်မနေလာပြီး ဖွင့်ပေးရပါတယ်။

ဒါပေမဲ့ ဟောင်းနွမ်းပြီး လုပ်နိုင်စွမ်းထက်ပိုမိုအသုံးပြုနေရတဲ့ လျှပ်စစ်ဓာတ်အားလိုင်းတွေကြောင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှာ ဓာတ်အားပြတ်တောက်မှုဟာ အဖြစ်များနေသေးပြီး ဓာတ်အားပြတ်တောက်မှုကလည်း နာရီများစွာ ကြာလေ့ရှိပါတယ်။

“တပတ်မှာ သုံးကြိမ်ကနေ လေးကြိမ်လောက်ထိ မီးပြတ်လို့ စက်တွေ ခဏခဏ ရပ်ပါတယ်။ တခါတလေဆို အင်ဂျင်နီယာက Server တွေအကုန်လုံးကို ပြန်စဖွင့်ပြီး ERP စနစ်ကို ပြန်လည်ပတ်အောင် လုပ်ပြီး ကာမှ မီးအားမငြိမ်လို့ အကုန်ပြန်ပိတ်သွားတာမျိုးလည်းရှိတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီအခါကျရင် မီးအားငြိမ်အောင် ပြန်စောင့်ပြီး အကုန်လုံးကို အစက ပြန်ဖွင့်ရပါတယ်” လို့ Oway ရဲ့ အကြီးတန်းမန်နေဂျာ ဝေလင်းထွန်းက ပြောပါတယ်။

ပြည်တွင်းဖြစ် Cloud ကို ပြောင်းလဲ အသုံးပြုခြင်း

Covid-19 ကပ်ရောဂါကြောင့် ခရီးသွားလာမှုကိုလျှော့ချပြီး အိမ်ကနေပဲ အလုပ်လုပ်ကြရချိန်မှာတော့ ဒီကာလ ရှည်ကြာရှိနေတဲ့ပြဿနာကို ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်ရုံသာမကဘဲ လုပ်ငန်းလည်ပတ်မှုကုန်ကျစရိတ်များကိုပါ လျှော့ချနိုင်မဲ့ အဖြေတစ်ခုကို Oway က စတင် ရှာဖွေခဲ့ပါတော့တယ်။

အနှောက်အယှက်မရှိ ဓာတ်အားပေးနိုင်တဲ့ UPS စနစ်ဟာ စျေးနှုန်းကြီးမြင့်တာကြောင့် လက်တွေ့မှာ အသုံးပြုဖို့ အဆင်မပြေခဲ့ပါဘူး။ ဒါ့အပြင် ဆိုက်ဘာလုံခြုံရေးဥပဒေအသစ်ကြောင့် ဒေတာတွေကို ပြည်တွင်းမှာ သိမ်းဆည်းထား နိုင်ဖို့ကလည်း လိုအပ်ပါသေးတယ်။

ERP ရဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းတွေကို Telco cloud ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေါ် ပြောင်းရွှေ့ဖို့အတွက် Oway ဟာ နိုင်ငံတွင်းက ထိပ်တန်း ဆက်သွယ်ရေး နည်းပညာကုမ္ပဏီတွေထဲက တစ်ခုဖြစ်တဲ့ Golden TMH (GTMH) နဲ့ စတင် ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ ဇွန်လမှာ ချိတ်ဆက်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ Hyperscaler နဲ့ နှိုင်းယှဉ်လိုက်ရင် ပြည်တွင်းကုမ္ပဏီရဲ့ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုဟာ ERP စနစ် နှောင့်နှေးမှု ကို လျှော့ချနိုင်ပြီး ဥပဒေအသစ်နဲ့ မငြိစွန်းပဲ ပုံမှန်လည်း လည်ပတ်နိုင်စေမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ဆက်သွယ်ရေးဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းတွေအတွက် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုအပြည့်ပေးနေတဲ့ GTMH ဟာ VMware Cloud ရဲ့ အခြေခံ အစိတ်အပိုင်းများအားလုံးကို အကောင်းဆုံး အကောင်အထည်ဖော် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်လိမ့်မယ်လို့ ယုံကြည်နိုင်ကြောင်း အာမခံတဲ့ ရွှေအဆင့်ရှိ အသိအမှတ်ပြုမှုကို VMware Cloud ထံမှ ရရှိထားပြီးလည်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ Telco ရဲ့ cloud ဝန်ဆောင်မှုတွေကို VMware ရဲ့ VMware vCloud Director၊ VMware vCenter နဲ့ NSX Data Center စသည်တို့ပေါ်မှာ တည်ဆောက်ထားပါတယ်။

ဝန်ဆောင်မှု နှောင့်နှေးခြင်း မရှိတော့ခြင်း

အခုတော့ Oway ရဲ့ mission-critical ERP စနစ်ဟာ cloud ပေါ်မှာ ချောမွေ့စွာ လည်ပတ်နေပြီ ဖြစ်တာကြောင့် လျှပ်စစ်မီးပြတ်တောက်နေချိန်မှာတောင် လုပ်ငန်းရပ်တန့်မှုမရှိတော့ဘဲ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုတွေကို ပေးနိုင်နေ ပြီဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

အရင်က ဆာဗာတွေကို စက်နဲ့ အသုံးပြုခဲ့ရတဲ့အတွက် ပြဿနာတခုခုကြောင့် ရပ်တန့်သွားတိုင်း အိုင်တီအဖွဲ့ဟာ တစ်ရက်ဖြင့်မရပဲ ရက်အနည်းကြာသည်အအချိန်ယူ ဖြေရှင်းခဲ့ရပါတယ်။ အခုတော့ အင်ဂျင်နီယာတွေအနေနဲ့ portal ကတဆင့် virtual machines တွေကို အဝေးကနေ စောင့်ကြည့်ထိန်းချုပ်ပြီး လိုအပ်သလို စီစဉ်နိုင်တာကြောင့် ဖြေရှင်းချိန်ဟာ တစ်ရက်ကနေ နှစ်ရက်သာ ကြာပါတော့တယ်။

ငွေကြေးအပေးအယူများပြားလွန်းလို့ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ နှောင့်နှေးကြန့်ကြာတာတွေ ရှိခဲ့ရင်လည်း Oway က GTMH ကို နာရီပိုင်းအတွင်း လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်စွမ်း တိုးမြှင့်ပေးဖို့ တောင်းဆိုနိုင်မှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒီ လုပ်ဆောင်မှုဟာ အရင်လို ဆာဗာတွေကို စက်နဲ့ပဲ အသုံးပြုနေရချိန်မှာဆို ဖြစ်နိုင်မှာ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။
