ကလေးငယ်တွေ ပစ္စည်းပစ်ပေါက်တဲ့အခါ စိတ်ဆိုးလို့ ပစ်တာရှိသလို၊ ဘာအကြောင်းရင်းမှမရှိဘဲ (စိတ်မဆိုးဘဲ) ပစ်တာလည်း ရှိပါတယ်။ ဒါဟာ ဘာကြောင့်လဲဆိုတော့

၁။ စိတ်မဆိုးဘဲ ပစ်ပေါက်ခြင်း (Exploration & Curiosity) 🔍 ​
ကလေးက ပျော်နေရင်း ဒါမှမဟုတ် ကစားနေရင်း ပစ်ပေါက်တာဟာ သူတို့ရဲ့ စူးစမ်းချင်စိတ် ကြောင့်ပါ။ ​

Cause and Effect: "ငါ ဒါကို လွှတ်ချလိုက်ရင် ဘာဖြစ်သွားမလဲ?" ဆိုတဲ့ အကျိုးအကြောင်းကို လေ့လာနေတာပါ။ (ဥပမာ - မြေကြီးပေါ်ကျရင် အသံမြည်တာ၊ ဘောလုံးဆိုရင် ပြန်ကန်တက်လာတာမျိုးကို သဘောကျတာ)

​Motor Skills: လက်ချောင်းလေးတွေနဲ့ ပစ္စည်းကို ဘယ်လို ဆုပ်ကိုင်ရမလဲ၊ ဘယ်လို လွှတ်ချရမလဲဆိုတဲ့ ကြွက်သားအသုံးပြုမှုကို လေ့ကျင့်နေတာလည်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ​

၂။ စိတ်ဆိုးလို့ ပစ်ပေါက်ခြင်း (Emotional Expression)

😤 ​စကားနဲ့ သေချာမပြောတတ်သေးတဲ့အခါ သူတို့ရဲ့ ဒေါသ (သို့မဟုတ်) စိတ်ပျက်မှု ကို လက်တွေ့ပြလိုက်တာပါ။ ​"ငါဒါကို မကြိုက်ဘူး"၊ "ငါ့ကို အာရုံစိုက်ပါ" ဆိုတဲ့ သဘောမျိုးကို ပစ္စည်းပစ်ပေါက်ခြင်းနဲ့ ဖော်ပြတတ်ကြပါတယ်။ ​

💡 မိဘများ ဘယ်လို ကိုင်တွယ်မလဲ?
​ပစ်လို့ရတဲ့အရာ နဲ့ မရတဲ့အရာကို ခွဲခြားပေးပါ:
"ဖန်ခွက်ကို ပစ်လို့မရဘူး၊ ပျက်စီးသွားလိမ့်မယ်။ ပစ်ချင်ရင် ဒီဘောလုံးလေး (ဒါမှမဟုတ်) ခေါင်းအုံးလေးကို ပစ်လို့ရတယ်" ဆိုပြီး လမ်းကြောင်းပြောင်းပေးပါ။

(Redirection) ​အကျိုးဆက်ကို သင်ပေးပါ:
ကလေးက ပစ္စည်းတစ်ခုကို ပစ်ချလိုက်ရင် "ပစ်ချလိုက်တော့ မရှိတော့ဘူးပေါ့၊ သွားကောက်ရအောင်" ဆိုပြီး အတူတူပြန်ကောက်ခိုင်းပါ။ ပစ္စည်းပစ်ရင် ကိုယ်တိုင်ပြန်ကောက်ရမယ်ဆိုတဲ့ အသိကို ရစေပါတယ်။

​ခံစားချက်ကို နာမည်တပ်ပေးပါ:
စိတ်ဆိုးလို့ ပစ်တာဆိုရင် "သားသား/မီးမီး စိတ်တိုနေတာလား။ စိတ်တိုရင် ပစ္စည်းမပစ်ရဘူးနော်။ မေမေတို့ကို လာဖက်လို့ရတယ်" ဆိုတာမျိုး သင်ပေးပါ။ ​

မိဘက အေးဆေးတည်ငြိမ်ပါစေ:
ကလေးပစ်လိုက်လို့ မိဘက လန့်ဖျန့်သွားတာ ဒါမှမဟုတ် အော်ဟစ်လိုက်တာမျိုးဟာ ကလေးအတွက်တော့ "Reaction" တစ်ခုရလိုက်သလိုဖြစ်ပြီး နောက်တစ်ခါ ထပ်လုပ်ဖို့ အားပေးသလို ဖြစ်သွားတတ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် တည်တည်ငြိမ်ငြိမ်နဲ့ပဲ တားဆီးပေးပါ။ ​

Sharing is Caring! How do you Teach your child to share?

Teaching a child to share takes time, patience, and lots of modeling—it’s not something kids naturally master right away. Here are some practical, effective ways to build that habit:

🌱 Start with Understanding (Age Matters)
Young children (especially under 3–4) are still learning about ownership. Sharing doesn’t come naturally yet, so don’t expect perfection—focus on gentle guidance instead of strict rules.

👀 Model Sharing Yourself
Children learn most by watching you. Let them see you:
Sharing food or items with family
Taking turns in conversations
Saying things like, “I’ll share this with you”

🔄 Teach Turn-Taking First
Sharing is easier when framed as turns:
“You play for 2 minutes, then your friend gets a turn”
Use a timer to make it fair and visible

🧸 Don’t Force Sharing
Forcing can create resistance. Instead:
Acknowledge feelings: “You really like that toy”
Encourage, not demand: “When you’re done, maybe your friend can try?”

💬 Use Simple Language
Keep explanations clear:
“Sharing means letting others have a turn too”
“It makes playtime more fun for everyone”

🏆 Praise Positive Behavior
Catch them sharing—even small moments:
“That was kind of you to share your toy!”
Positive reinforcement builds repetition

🎲 Practice Through Play
Use games that involve sharing and cooperation:

❤️ Respect “Special Items”
Let your child keep certain toys just for themselves. This teaches boundaries and actually makes them more willing to share other things.
