We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Online Piano Teacher to join our music education team!
🗨️ Requirements:
📌Strong background in piano performance and teaching (formal training preferred)
📌Reliable laptop or desktop with good audio and video quality
📌Stable Wi-Fi connection
📌Quiet, professional teaching environment
📌Must be able to follow and implement the Academic Director’s curriculum and lesson structure
📌Punctual, organized, and consistent with scheduling
📌Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
📌Experience teaching online (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) preferred
🗨️ Responsibilities:
📌Conduct engaging one-on-one piano lessons online
📌Follow the assigned curriculum and maintain lesson quality standards
📌Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
📌Communicate effectively with the Academic Director, students, and parents
📌Experience with music theory, sight reading, and exam preparation (ABRSM, RCM, Trinity, etc.)
📌Ability to teach students of varying ages and skill levels
🎶 Assistant Piano Teacher (Online, Part time)
We’re seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Piano Teacher to support our senior instructors and help students build strong foundations in piano learning.
🗨️ Requirements:
📌Basic to intermediate piano skills with formal training or equivalent experience
📌Reliable laptop/computer and stable internet connection
📌Willingness to follow the Academic Director’s curriculum and teaching methods
📌Strong organizational and communication skills
📌Punctual and professional in all online sessions
📌Eager to learn, grow, and take direction from senior teachers
🗨️ Responsibilities:
📌Assist senior piano teachers in lesson preparation and delivery
📌Support beginner students with practice guidance and basic theory
📌Help track student progress and communicate updates to the Academic Director
📌Maintain lesson notes and reports as required
📌Experience working with children or beginner musicians
📌Enthusiasm for teaching and developing new skills

* ပီယာနိုတီးခတ်မှုနှင့် သင်ကြားရေးနောက်ခံ ခိုင်မာသူ (အကယ်၍ တရားဝင်သင်တန်းများ တက်ရောက်ဖူးပါက ပိုကောင်းပါသည်။)
* အသံနှင့် ဗီဒီယိုအရည်အသွေးကောင်းမွန်သော ယုံကြည်စိတ်ချရသည့် လက်တော့ပ် သို့မဟုတ် ဒက်စ်တော့ကွန်ပျူတာ ရှိရမည်။
* Wi-Fi ချိတ်ဆက်မှု တည်ငြိမ်ရမည်။
* တိတ်ဆိတ်၍ ပရော်ဖက်ရှင်နယ်ဆန်သော သင်ကြားရေးပတ်ဝန်းကျင် ရှိရမည်။
* ပညာရေးဒါရိုက်တာ (Academic Director) ၏ သင်ရိုးညွှန်းတမ်းနှင့် သင်ခန်းစာတည်ဆောက်ပုံတို့ကို လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
* အချိန်တိကျခြင်း၊ စနစ်တကျရှိခြင်းနှင့် အချိန်ဇယားနှင့်အညီ လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ခြင်း။
* ဆက်သွယ်ပြောဆိုမှုနှင့် လူမှုဆက်ဆံရေးဆိုင်ရာ ကျွမ်းကျင်မှု အလွန်ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
* အွန်လိုင်းသင်ကြားရေး အတွေ့အကြုံ (Zoom၊ Google Meet စသည်တို့) ရှိပါက ပိုကောင်းပါသည်။
🗨️ တာဝန်များ
* စိတ်ဝင်စားဖွယ်ကောင်းသော တစ်ဦးချင်း ပီယာနိုသင်ခန်းစာများကို အွန်လိုင်းမှတစ်ဆင့် ပို့ချရမည်။
* သတ်မှတ်ထားသော သင်ရိုးညွှန်းတမ်းကို လိုက်နာပြီး သင်ခန်းစာအရည်အသွေး စံနှုန်းများကို ထိန်းသိမ်းရမည်။
* ကျောင်းသား တိုးတက်မှုများကို စောင့်ကြည့်ပြီး တိုးတက်စေရန် အကြံပြုချက်များ ပေးရမည်။
* ပညာရေးဒါရိုက်တာ၊ ကျောင်းသားများနှင့် မိဘများနှင့် ထိရောက်စွာ ဆက်သွယ်ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
* ဂီတသီအိုရီ (Music Theory)၊ တစ်ချက်ကြည့် ဖတ်ရှုခြင်း (Sight Reading) နှင့် စာမေးပွဲပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း (ABRSM, RCM, Trinity စသည်တို့) တို့တွင် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။
* အသက်အရွယ်အလိုက်နှင့် ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုအဆင့်အမျိုးမျိုးရှိသော ကျောင်းသားများကို သင်ကြားပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
🎶 လက်ထောက် ပီယာနိုဆရာ/ဆရာမ (အွန်လိုင်း၊ အချိန်ပိုင်း)
ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ဝါရင့်ဆရာ/ဆရာမများကို ကူညီပံ့ပိုးပေးရန်နှင့် ကျောင်းသားများ ပီယာနိုသင်ယူမှုတွင် ခိုင်မာသောအခြေခံများ တည်ဆောက်နိုင်ရန် ကူညီပေးမည့် စိတ်အားထက်သန်ပြီး လုပ်ချင်ကိုင်ချင်စိတ်ရှိသော လက်ထောက် ပီယာနိုဆရာ/ဆရာမ တစ်ဦးကို ရှာဖွေနေပါသည်။
🗨️ လိုအပ်ချက်များ
* ပီယာနိုကျွမ်းကျင်မှု အခြေခံအဆင့်မှ အလယ်အလတ်အဆင့်အထိ ရှိရမည်။ (တရားဝင်သင်တန်းတက်ရောက်ထားခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ညီမျှသော အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။)
* ယုံကြည်စိတ်ချရသော လက်တော့ပ်/ကွန်ပျူတာနှင့် အင်တာနက်ချိတ်ဆက်မှု တည်ငြိမ်ရမည်။
* ပညာရေးဒါရိုက်တာ၏ သင်ရိုးညွှန်းတမ်းနှင့် သင်ကြားမှုပုံစံများကို လိုက်နာရန် ဆန္ဒရှိရမည်။
* စနစ်တကျရှိမှုနှင့် ဆက်သွယ်ပြောဆိုမှုဆိုင်ရာ ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုများ ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
* အွန်လိုင်းသင်တန်းများအားလုံးတွင် အချိန်တိကျ၍ ပရော်ဖက်ရှင်နယ်ဆန်ရမည်။
* သင်ယူလိုစိတ်၊ တိုးတက်လိုစိတ်ရှိပြီး ဝါရင့်ဆရာ/ဆရာမများ၏ လမ်းညွှန်မှုကို ခံယူလိုစိတ်ရှိရမည်။
🗨️ တာဝန်များ
* ဝါရင့်ပီယာနိုဆရာ/ဆရာမများအား သင်ခန်းစာပြင်ဆင်မှုနှင့် သင်ကြားပို့ချမှုများတွင် ကူညီပံ့ပိုးပေးရမည်။
* အစပြုသူ (Beginner) ကျောင်းသားများအား လေ့ကျင့်မှု လမ်းညွှန်ပေးခြင်းနှင့် အခြေခံသီအိုရီများဖြင့် ပံ့ပိုးပေးရမည်။
* ကျောင်းသား တိုးတက်မှုများကို မှတ်တမ်းတင်ရာတွင် ကူညီပေးပြီး ပညာရေးဒါရိုက်တာထံ အချက်အလက်များကို အကြောင်းကြားပေးရမည်။
* လိုအပ်သလို သင်ခန်းစာမှတ်စုများနှင့် အစီရင်ခံစာများကို ထိန်းသိမ်းထားရှိရမည်။
* ကလေးများ သို့မဟုတ် ဂီတအစပြုသူများနှင့် လုပ်ကိုင်ဖူးသည့် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။
