အလုပ်ခေါ်တဲ့ Company က မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှာ ဆယ်စုနှစ် နှစ်ခုကျော် အောင်မြင်စွာ ရပ်တည်နေသည့် Company. Position က Interior Designer.
တော်တော်များများလည်း သတိပြုမိလိုက်ကြမယ် ထင်ပါတယ်။
Duties and responsibilities ကိုဖတ်ကြည့်လိုက်တော့
1. Provide creative and technical solutions to the projects
2. Assists in compiling data for architectural plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, etc.
3. Assists in the preparation for plans for existing buildings where plans are not available
4. Reviews shop drawings, specifications, cost estimates and construction material recommendations submitted by outside architects and contractors to ensure adherence to contract and notifies Architect of discrepancies.

1. Bachelor's degree / diploma in Architecture or Interior Design and minimum three (3) years of interior design experiences

နောက်ထပ်တကြိမ်ထပ်ဖတ်လိုက်ပြီးတော့မှ “အော် အသက်မွေးဝမ်းကြောင်း အလုပ် (career)ကောင်းတခု ဆိုတာ လွယ်ကူပြီး သက်တောင့်သက်သာရှိလွန်းတာတော့ ဘယ်ဟုတ်နိုင်ပါ့မလဲ” လို့ အတွေးဝင်လာခဲ့ပါတယ်။

တစ်ဖက်မှာလည်း လိုအပ်ချက်တွေ၊ ပြိုင်ဆိုင်မှုတွေက များသထက်များလာပြီ _ ကိုယ့်ဘက်က ဒါကို blame နေရုံနှင့်တော့ ဘယ်မှမရောက်နိုင်ပါဘူး ။
အသစ် အသစ်တွေကို လေ့လာဖြည့်ဆည်းရင်း နောက်ထပ် တဆင့်ပြီး တဆင့်တက်သွားနိုင်သူတွေရဲ့ အလယ်မှာ ကိုယ်ရဲ့ Skill နဲ့ Ability က Career အတွက် နေရာ ပျောက် ပြီး ဒိုင်နိုဆောကြီး (အခုခေတ်မှာ Dinosaur မရှိတော့ဘူး မဟုတ်လား) တော့ ဘယ်နည်းနှင့်မျှ မဖြစ်လိုပါ။ နောက်ဆိုရင် အလုပ်ခေါ်စာတွေမှာ ခေါ်နေတဲ့ Position အတွက် ဘာတွေ ကျွမ်းကျင်ရမယ် ဘာတွေတတ်ရမယ်ဆိုတာတွေ အသေးစိတ်ရေးမှာ မဟုတ်တော့ဘူး။ Must have skills တွေရှိလာပါပြီ။
အခု အလုပ်ခေါ်စာမှာလဲ English 4 skills တတ်ရမယ်လို့ ထည့်မရေးထားဘူး။ ဒါပေမယ့် တတ်ကို တတ်နေရမှာ မဟုတ်ပါလား။ အဲဒီလိုပဲ Report Writing နဲ့ Business communication ဆိုတာလည်း မဖြစ်မနေ ရှိရမယ့် Skill Set ဖြစ်နေပါပြီ။
မတတ်ထားရင် မသိရင် ဘာဖြစ် မလဲ? ဟုတ်ကဲ့ ဘာမှကို မဖြစ်တော့မှာပါ။
