“Dots English Language Academy” is hiring following positions for our new campus.

1) Center Manager (M/F) (1)

2) Academic Advisor (F) (1)

3) YLE English Teacher (Part-time) (F) (2)

4) Center Facilitator (M/F) (2)

See below the prerequisite criteria for each position.

For (1) and (2), you must have 2 or 3 years of manager level in any type of educational institution.
-Must have Bachelor Degree in Educational Administration or related field in General Management
-Good leadership skills
-Manage the centre ensuring high quality business activities with maximum quality, service and profitability for the organization
-Meet your targets and those of the team as a whole
-Contribute to training and development of the team

For (2), must have skills to illustrate curriculum and planning.
-Experience in student counseling, development, education, or related field.
-Aiding in the course selection process to ensure progress towards student goals.

For (3), See the following criteria to be our ESL teacher position.

- Must have Bachelor’s degree in English and education.
-Minimum of 2 years experience in a teaching role.
-Must be proficient in using and contributing english
-Knowledge of Child Psychology and handling kids
-Must have fulfilled professional certificate for teaching young learners or phonics training
-The ability to compile lesson plans efficiently.
-The ability to execute lessons with meaning, in a fun, and engaging manner.
-Computer Skills.
-Knowledge of American ESL Curriculum, Methodologies, Classroom-Approach.

Apprenticeship Program (Training+ Paid Internship + Full-time Job) ဆိုတာက အင်္ဂလိပ်စာသင်ကြားရေးဆရာတစ်ယောက်ဖြစ်ဖို့အတွက် လိုအပ်တဲ့အရည်အချင်းများနှင့်သင်ကြားမှုပုံစံများကို လေ့ကျင့်သင်ကြားပေးပြီး သင်တန်းပြီးဆုံးပါက အင်္ဂလိပ်သင်ကြားရေးဆရာအဖြစ် အသက်မွေးဝမ်းကြောင်းပြုလိုသူများအတွက် အခွင့်အရေးတစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Apprenticeship Program မှာ မည်သူတွေလျှောက်ထားနိုင်သလဲ။

အင်္ဂလိပ်စာကောင်းမွန်ပြီး အင်္ဂလိပ်စာအရည်အချင်းသတ်မှတ်ချက် (B1) နှင့် အထက်ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရပါမယ်။

အင်္ဂလိပ်စာအရည်အချင်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်အတွက် အရည်အချင်းစစ်စာမေးပွဲဖြေဆိုရမည်လည်းဖြစ်သည်။

အင်္ဂလိပ်စာ (သို့မဟုတ်) အခြားဘာသာရပ်များ၏ သင်ကြားရေးအတွေ့အကြုံ (၁)နှစ် နှင့် (၁)နှစ်အထက်ရှိသူများ လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။

အင်္ဂလိပ်စာသင်ကြားခြင်း (သို့မဟုတ်) အခြားသောဘာသာစကားအမျိုးမျိုးသင်ကြားခြင်းများတွင် စိတ်ပါဝင်စားသောသူဖြစ်ရမည်။

Training မှာ ဘာတွေသင်ယူရမှာလဲ။

English Language Teacher တစ်ယောက်ဖြစ်ဖို့အတွက် လိုအပ်တဲ့ သင်ကြားမှုပုံစံ၊ နည်းစနစ်များ နှင့် သင်ရိုးရေးသားနည်း တို့ကို လေ့လာသင်ကြားရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး Cambridge Teacher Assessment မှ ပေးအပ်သော TKT (Teaching Knowledge Assessment Modules) စာမေးပွဲ ပြင်ဆင်နိုင်ရန် လေ့ကျင့်သင်ကြားပေးမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Teaching Knowledge Test တွင် Module (၃)ခုရှိပြီး
Module 1 - Background to language learning and teaching (ဘာသာစကားသင်ကြား/သင်ယူခြင်း ၏ အခြေခံအုတ်မြစ်များ)
Module 2 - Lesson planning and use of resources for language teaching (သင်ရိုးရေးဆွဲနည်း)
Module 3 - Managing the teaching and learning process (စာသင်ခန်းစီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း) တို့ကို လေ့လာသင်ယူရမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

သင်တန်းကာလမှာ (၈)ပတ်ခန့် လူတွေ့တက်ရောက်ရမှာ ဖြစ်ပြီး အပတ်စဉ် စနေ၊တနင်္ဂနွေ မနက် ၉နာရီ မှ ညနေ ၄နာရီ အထိလေ့လာသင်ယူရမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Program fees အနေနှင့် ၁၅၀,၀၀၀ကျပ် နှင့် learning facilities and materials များအတွက် ၂၅,၀၀၀ကျပ် ကျသင့်မှာဖြစ်ပြီး သင်တန်းသားဦးရေ အယောက် (၁၅) ယောက်သာ လက်ခံပါမည်။

သင်တန်းကြေးကို ၇၅,၀၀၀ကျပ် (၂)ကြိမ်ခွဲ၍ ပေးသွင်းနိုင်ပါသည်။

သင်တန်းတက်ရောက်လိုသူများအနေဖြင့် page messenger တွင် Apprenticeship Program ဟု ရေးသားပေးပို့ပြီး ပြန်လည်ပေးပို့မည့် registration form ဖြည့်၍ စာရင်းပေးသွင်းနိုင်ပါသည်။
